09/8/2023 17:28 | What do we think needs to happen here to end the discount? Seems like such a stagnant share but as I bought in at ipo I would at least like a pound back | tradez4dayz
19/6/2023 14:30 | Not anymore! | tradez4dayz
16/6/2023 17:50 | Lot of volume going through too Interesting | panshanger1
16/6/2023 15:39 | Showing much more strength than other reits atm | panshanger1
24/5/2023 10:06 | Vanilla I would say.If they are getting 7% rental growth why is the dividend on the floor and lower than at ipo! | tradez4dayz

15/5/2023 13:24 | Actually thinking about it, this should have also been amnouncable in an rns along with how much this other gig is paying him should it not?Or maybe my listing rules knowledge is not what it used to be. | tradez4dayz

15/5/2023 13:10 | "Was told" eh? Who by? Any proof? Unbelievable? Well I don't believe it. | epo001
12/5/2023 17:01 | Was told today that the Ceo has just got himself another sideshow job. And what's more he's taken the hr director too.Don't understand how this guy can be paid £400k+ a year, not return the share price to nav or reinstate the dividend to pre covid levels and then just get another job. To further distract him from his inability to do his job.Unbelievable | tradez4dayz
24/4/2023 17:52 | Stagnant!I don't see this being anything other than a lame duck. Have to blame the ceo just seems to take his paycheck and deliver nothing of note.I could do that for £400k base a year | tradez4dayz
16/3/2023 08:26 | With EPRA NAV declining since HY, it I unclear if NAV growth will be the main reason to hold Empiric.Coupled with a low dividend yield, and no firm commitments to increase it substantially, what is the attraction here at the current share price? | boonkoh
16/3/2023 08:19 | Final results looking impressive Revenue increased 30% to £73.0m (2021: £56.0m) EPRA EPS increased 113% to 3.4p (2021: 1.6p) Portfolio valuation £1,078.9 million up 7.3% like-for-like (2.4% net of capex), demonstrating sectors resilience. Net initial yield of 5.2% (2021: 5.3%) EPRA NTA per share increased 8.2% to 115.4p (2021: 106.7p) Total dividend paid and payable for the year of 2.75p, ahead of commitment Like-for-like rental growth of 5.2% for academic year 2022/23, supported by dynamic pricing 99% revenue occupancy achieved for academic year 2022/23, a record for the business | spangle93
08/2/2023 15:33 | @Spangle93-Lol. Wrong board.... But It was just gut feeling because I think their Primary Bid fundraising 2 years ago was at 112 so anything below that seems cheap to me. I suspect that it will go back down to the 108-109 price soon unless US Natural Gas goes back into a bull market, so you may get the chance. | apollocreed1
08/2/2023 14:16 | Finals 16/3 Interesting to see what the outlook for the dividend is ( which has been disappointing) | panshanger1
08/2/2023 13:13 | Good price on DEC, BTW. I was hoping to double up below 108p but looks like it's got away again :-( | spangle93
08/2/2023 08:36 | Yes, I held DIGS too, and thought this would be a similar candidate | spangle93
08/2/2023 01:52 | I could have sold a long time ago, but mistakenly thought this could be a takeover target after BlackRock bought GCP Student Living around that time. | apollocreed1
08/2/2023 01:50 | I'm hoping to sell at 99p but that's very wishful thinking. It was close to that before Liz Truss was PM. | apollocreed1
07/2/2023 10:48 | Likewise a LTH, sadly from long enough ago (pre-Covid, pre-mismanagement) that I probably won't get my initial investment back. Performance is gradually recovering, and the last trading update looked very promising. Holding on initially for the results next month. But really, the yield isn't anything meaningful any more, and the price hasn't changed at all over the last year, so there are probably better investments for growth or for income, e.g. I like NXR, which just keeps quietly delivering | spangle93
06/2/2023 17:08 | I am a long term holder of this but not sure what my sell price is.What do people think this could get back to? I guess key questions are actual nav at 31 Dec and what the divi will be? | tradez4dayz
25/11/2022 17:36 | Thoughts on the news from Rishi about cutting student visas? Esp I think was 50% international, could be a major risk? | tradez4dayz
31/10/2022 18:15 | Unfortunately I think the answers to your questions are yes and yes. The problem is the current yield of 3% doesn't look attractive compared to other REITS and Infra funds. The additional cost pressure is the reason they emphasise their ability to put rents up. To be fair interest rates shouldn't impact values here as much as others since the contracted rental period is a lot shorter | makinbuks |
