Saracen3, who are your clients? |
Very happy shares closed strong. Looking good for next week. Have not sold a single share yet for our clients. |
Clearly even in bear markets there are always a few stocks that are in their own bull market
There are one or two on AIM including of course EEE |
During the last decade there was a small cap bear market especially in commodity stocks that lasted from 2011 to 2016
This decades bear market started in 2021 so I am thinking that potentially we will be in a new bull market come 2026 that might well run for another 5 years to 2031 |
In terms of sources just combination of reading about companies, tips, sectors, contacts. Overall agree with others finding the right combination of attributes in an AIM stock is very hard. There has to be the scale or potential in markets with high barriers to entry and the management skills to execute. Part of that being the ability to raise finance and do so with shareholders in mind and not just feathering the salary nest. EEE have exceeded my expectations this year because the discovery of the weathered cap has really changed the dynamics of the project in terms of finance required and time scale. Add to that the quality of existing management, the quality it has now attracted and it is a rare beast. There are still hurdles but one seldom sees a stock teed up better for growth. I would, very selectively, continue to invest in other AIM stocks and minnows in other markets but I’m much more aware of the pitfalls than I was. |
Let's hope you're right Pangrati because it's been 3 years in a row with the AIM all share index in decline. Year O Level C Level Annual Change2020 900.00 850.00 -5.56%2021 850.00 950.00 +11.76%2022 950.00 900.00 -5.26%2023 900.00 800.00 -11.11%2024 800.00 720.00 -10.00%ML |
Just an opinion but AIM will be 30 years old this summer and my gut feeling is that the 2nd half of this year looking 12 months out which markets typically do there will be a bounce in AIM perhaps a big one!?!?! |
Been on AIM since 2012 & exiting as soon as Empire hopefully leaves this market. Many lesson learned, some wins, some losses but lessons learned. ML |
If EEE plays out as I expect it to, having over 2.3Million shares, I will be investing in blue chips with a decent dividend and will leave AIM in my rear view mirror |
Which tips sites do people use for AIM share tips. Looking for life after EEE and EUA. Thanks. |
Agreed Manlord . Bunny is not going to the conference to tell them we are hopeful , |

I see Empire Metals are a silver sponsor of this event and Shaun will be speaking. |
I agree GTA, no reason for him to be buying shares right now |
saracen3, why would he go out and buy on the open market when he's been given 2M shares at 10p,(vesting immediately?) and will no doubt be getting additional share options in the next few rounds when the Board awards themselves more.
(To be fair, I don't have a problem with this as long as the strike price is at a decent premium of current SP, and the timeframes are reasonable) there is over 10% of current shares in issue, in already issued options. I'm sure more will come. lets hope they come at 15, 20, 30p etc...
SuffolkJim, joking aside, the point is that no; if given the choice of parting with hard earned taxed money today for Shares at current market price with all the risks to come...., or to be given share options that you can "own now", but can pay for in 3 years time once fully de-risked, what would you chase? So no, even if Brumit might be over the moon with the potential of EEE, I'd doubt he'd tap the open market unless it was a pubilcity stunt to draw attention to the company. (and if that was the ambition I'd suggest the rest of the board could do so at any time instead of pushing their options deadline to 2028..... )
GL, GTA. |
Yes but has he looked at the MACD and RSI? ;) |
Phil Brumit joins the Company on 1st February so only has today and tomorrow to buy shares before he goes into a close period. Guessing he has already bought some. |
The chart is strong. In fact, I would say that it is a chart breakout. |

BOOM! Now all we need is a positive update on the extraction process and the sky is the limit here. |
There was a 450k delayed purchase listed on Tuesday evening which looked like the end of a hefty buy order that had been worked. Couple that with a bit of light profit taking and here we are. It doesn't look as though there's much stock around as the offer price nudging up indicates.I'm long and strong and not trading this one. There's too much chance of a sudden rerating! |
