If he sounds excited it's huge as he's worked at the highest level in Tier 1 mining companies and has all the connections around the world at the highest levels.

I have to say, if I had so many doubts/lack of trust about a company 'I'm invested in', I would have sold up ages ago and not look in again until things are clearer. Life is too short to invest in companies you don't trust and waste time on bbs.... Move on as there are 1000s of other established companies making profits and park your money there. 'Risky' early stage explorers are risky! It could go either way - you pays your money and....

There was a MM with some stock ( no idea were from ) and slowly is making pay more for the buying.

spread the same 7.40 v 7.60p
Earlier one could buy below middle price 7.472p and selling at 7.422
but now is over, 7.515 and 7.54p for buying

I did a search of the announcements and can't find a previous record of TransOcean or Al-Tamini. Do you know when he invested Geko?

I agree with you Geko, I think it is great that he raised this money. It is just odd that a strategic investor, Saudi or otherwise, would put in such a tiny sum.

Now they are going to need to raise money at a lower price. It would have been better to take at least £10m off him at 11p, which would have been much more normal for that kind of investor, who would presumably would have gone through the time and expense of due diligence. I just think it is strange, that is all.

Tamimi was an early shareholder, goes way back. If you do attend the meeting please catch up with research first as we don't want too much time wasted. I'll look in later.
