Change of Financial Year End
Emmerson PLC announces that the board of directors have resolved that the financial year end of the Company be moved from the 31(st) March to 31(st) December. The change is with effect immediately with the Company's financial year end of 31(st) March 2018 being changed to 31(st) December 2017.
This change follows the proposed acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Moroccan Salts Limited, ("MSL") and whose group of companies has a year end of 31 December 2017.
