Emmerson's wholly owned subsidiary, MSL Minerals SARL, is one of the first companies in Morocco to achieve a consolidation of permits under the new mining code, which was implemented in 2015, and highlights the perceived importance of Khemisset to Morocco's rapidly developing mining sector.

RNSEmmerson PLC Consolidation of Permits at the Khemisset ProjectHis Excellence, Mr Aziz Rabbah, Minster of Energy, Mines and Sustainable Development, commented:"The Kingdom of Morocco implemented its new mining code in 2015 to provide a strong platform to facilitate and simplify the administrative procedures for local and overseas companies, with expertise in mining, to invest in our vast, largely untapped, mineral resources. We are strongly supportive of companies that approach investment in our country in the right manner, targeting the development of long term, sustainable businesses for the benefit of all stakeholders."Hayden Locke, CEO of Emmerson, commented:"The Moroccan Government and, in particular, the Ministry of Energy, Mines and Sustainable Development, continue to offer strong support to Emmerson, providing us with a high degree of confidence in our ability to advance the world class Khemisset Potash Project forward."The consolidation of the permits is the first step for the Company in the eventual process to apply for a mining permit over the Project. It also assists in reducing the ongoing administrative reporting burden. The Ministry's continued support will be instrumental in the permitting phase and as we develop our social license to operate in the Khemisset region. The Feasibility Study is progressing very well, and we look forward to releasing the final study in the first half of 2020, which we believe will further confirm the outstanding potential of the Khemisset Potash Project."

I'm told those huge trades printed after hrs cleared out last chunk of a persistent seller from last 12-15 months who weighed on the share price anytime there's been any volume & annoyingly also when there hasn't been! It's apparently an historic holder from pre IPO. This is very good news to finally see the end of them. Good riddance!!

Yep they are very good at updating and posting relevant industry news via twitter. Still the opportunity to buy lower than the recent placing price of 3.75p although don't see that lasting for much longer. So many catalysts on the horizon.

The risk/rewards are stashed against the IP 's, who may never get their invested monies back as opposed to the generous ongoing rewards to directors and their cronies! Why not issue all shareholders on the record beyond a certain length of time options or bonuses.. IPs also need incentives to continue with their investments in that particular share?

Kavango’s three projects in Botswana offer an excellent diverse potentialfor the discovery of nickel-copper-PGE, copper-silver and rare earth deposits. Listed on the Main Board of the London Stock Exchange (Standard List) - (KAV.L)

The Kalahari Suture Zone (KSZ) Project, a 450km long N-S magnetic structure of continental proportions, is a large scale nickel, copper, cobalt and PGE group
exploration project in the southwest of the country. It is similar in its geological
setting to the giant Norilsk deposits in Siberia. Kavango recently completed two phases of airborne electromagnetic surveys covering over 4,000 line-kms in the northern part of the KSZ. Numerous conductor anomalies were identified and located on the ground; drilling of the most prospective targets is planned for late Q3 / early Q4 2019

The Ditau Camp Project (Ditau) is a 7km long magnetic body with corresponding geochemical and gravity anomalies approx. 50km west of the KSZ structure. It is one of 10 significant ring structures in the two Ditau licences. Two recent drill holes and the discovery by Falconbridge of a carbonatite in the area indicate a large area of alkali intrusive bodies. Carbonatites are generally associated with rare earth minerals. Whilst the Company continues to add value to the project with some low cost (within the current budget) geophysical surveys at Ditau, the medium term plan is to attract a joint venture partner.

The Kalahari Copper Belt (KCB) extends in a northeast-southwest direction for at least 1,000 km from western Namibia to north-eastern Botswana. The KCB contains known sediment-hosted copper-silver deposits two of which are currently being developed into mid-tier copper-silver mines. Kavango will carry out geophysics surveys and soil sampling to identify copper hosting anticline structures. The KCB Project is the subject of a recently signed MOU with a private Botswana company, who hold two strategic but unexplored PLs in the KCB area, whereby Kavango can earn an interest in the two licences by spending funds on exploration.

Conclusion

Kavango’s three projects in Botswana, the Kalahari Suture Zone, the Ditau Camp Project and the Kalahari Copper Belt, offer an excellent diverse potential for the discovery of nickel-copper-PGE, copper-silver and rare earth deposits.

Botswana is recognised as the best jurisdiction in Africa for business and with the Company’s very experienced management team the chances of success are high.

a1samu I can relate to your frustration, and it is justified, they pay themselves very well , maybe not upfront but thru consultancy fees to a separate company probably for tax reasons but it is not hidden and we have no say and just have to accept that.
Hayden does know his stuff and I don't think he is out to con anyone but that is my opinion and from the research I have done I firmly believe he has eml's and therefore any shareholders as well as himself and fellow directors interest at heart
but I might be wrong, good luck.

AP emmerson is on the main market so hopefully Hayden and the rest of eml's
directors are not like the majority of aim directors who main purpose is to enjoy a well paid career stringing out plans to do this or that but doing f all in the long run for years. I could name a few, maybe 'career' was a bit generous.
This does look like the bottom as regards price, chartwise, but it is still a young company that has an awful lot going for it and a lot of potential.
There are a lot of milestones ahead the first being the Jorc resourse then the feasibility study, financing, etc, and then everything will fall into place, that's the plan.
Good luck top up on the lows( today was a good time maybe tomorrow as well).

To be fair Hayden is doing a lot more for his money than many aim directors. He's very active and willing to do presentations , and show that he very clearly knows his business. Theres a lot of work going on in the background which we dont see at this end.

Don't know why you have such a problem with EML but I remember you saying similar things when the price dropped to 2.5p last Christmas and the price subsequently rose to 6p+. Also you can't say the Directors haven't bought. Not a huge amount but...28 January 2019Emmerson Plc ("Emmerson" or the "Company")Director/PDMR ShareholdingEmmerson Plc, the Moroccan focused potash development company, today announces that Mr Hayden Locke, Executive Director and CEO of the Company, purchased 647,712 ordinary shares of nil par value each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at 3.05 pence per share.

What is weakness? 1/2p a share? Directors do not buy! They just give themselves free options. This is all slanted against the gullible IPs, with only directors and their cronies gaining out of this! There is no question that Hayden is a good operator and he is laying up megabucks for himself and his cronies only !, if this will come to fruition, I wonder? In the meantime he is already paying himself a very generous wage, while the PIs are losing money for no return on their investment and actually continuously in losses with their invested monies. I mean, how stupid are investor PI's praising the man who is paying himself generously out of investments which are resulting of ongoing losses, by no returns being generated to them at the same time!

Yeah, I will continue to buy on weakness. Some more director buys would show good confidence/support in the meantime... Hayden is a strong presenter and good at highlighting the vast potential here - would like to see him and the other board members put their money where their mouths are
