LLB carrying on with the conversation I've been looking at mine values(hardly an exact science). Have you worked this out (given the base cases as yesterday).

This makes interesting reading on the subject:

Copper warehouse inventories fell by net 2,025 tonnes to 303,200 tonnes, a fresh low since March.

MDS... it's Atalaya with 3 A's..., but either way I will take a bit of blue on the share price .

Interesting listening to the Bloomberg copper market report too, pretty much in line with what we know, shorted to death, and the reality of supply vs demand will restore prices soon a more realistic level as shorts close..!

Just an opportunity MD to speak to some of the Company personnel and maybe check the veracity of some of LPs positive comments.

If I lived or worked in the area I'd pop in but I don't so I wont.

..This is a fantastic breakthrough of huge concentration of VMS mineralisation, any other share and they would have gone up 100% overnight.

LLB I suspect the sweeter but more complex grades will fall outside of the 9.5 mtpa because the plant they are restarting will not handle the material. Certainly the multi metal ore will form part of another production line; either built onsite or toll produced 25kms at our major shareholders facility. This deal could increase profits by 50% or more. Pure icing on a very tasty cake.

Nice figures LLB, IMO $2.75 is the max we will see in the next 18 months, but it still returns a healthy profit

With 15 years off-take/mine life and assuming costs remain at $1.75 and production level at 9.5Mpta at price of $2.75 ave over that period, the mine will produce, based on your assumptions, $1590m profit over the current mine life.

They could throw off healthy dividends in the coming years.

Taking no account of price increases, resource increases/grade/ potential cost savings and expansion etc.

Happy with that.

How much cash does 5/7.5/9Mpta throw off a year if we take the copper content at the current % and at prices of $2.40 and $2.75?

I know I saw (but didn't save) some numbers on this BB. Should be fairly easy to work out profit based on $1.90/$1.75/$1.55 C3 costs.

The remaining unknown will be the resource upgrades.

"all EMEDers will live out their lives in wealth and prosperity...."

Remember we're on the point of changing our name to "I told you" Mining. It only remains to be seen who told whom.

Not a bad time to be sat on a pile of concentrate, with a rising copper price...!

Our 10,000 tons will be 13000 by now, AL's quoted 10 was 29th September.

@ 5MTPA, we produce 311 tons of concentrate/day... :)

Doing the scaling numbers this morning @ 7.5/9.5MTPA, selling into a rising copper price, produces some very nice profits indeed.. + the economies of scale effect on the C3 costs adding to the bottom line.

What's not to like..!
