I dont need to make things up to "feel better" about my investment.
I have done hours upon hours of research, added when I deemed necessary and had the occasional moan when I seen fit.

You on the other hand beat down everyone else because your investment is not going as you expected! You remind me of the boy in school who was always crying, saying that he did eventually man up which you have failed to do as of yet!

Cufe, posting on here doesn’t make me feel better, sometimes I feel worse. But I do feel better when it goes up 20% in a little over a week; that I can’t deny.....

Finance is a done deal IMO, obviously CEDEX are on vacation and nothing will be done until they are back at their desk. The time line for the permits is a definite one and IMO AL may have not had the nod but knows what was needed and this is all in place. It may be brinksmanship to heap pressure on the authorities to grant the permits asap

Nothing happns that fast! Cedex report to central government, central pass it to junta, junta let the world know then they tell emed lol.

if you are that disheartened and depressed by every move emed make then do everyone a favour sell up and ship out! Go bug some other PI's

You guys echo my thoughts/hopes that this time things will be different. He could have let the end of year date lapse and say nothing. He didn't he set a new date: I would like to think that he put in some research with the relevant parties first and maybe asked for as good a guarantee as they could give him. I also hope that he's being cautious with his timescale and that we get a nice surprise earlier than expected.

Deme1. Agree with your option 2. In my opinion, the RNS info has been released with the say so of the Junta. This was done in order that there would be no negative spin by the regular "suspects."We are now on our way. A good time for anyone out there who wants to average down. If it is good enough for our cornerstone customer's ....... the it is good enough for us! IMHO.Gla!

IMHO it's something like (2) and instead of risking the news being buried on the day as usually happens, he's giving the market lots of time to get used to the idea that the permits are in the bag.

I like that he has given January as a date. If he wanted to play safe he would say February (the date the junta extended to). So we have one of two scenarios IMO.

1. He is hoping they come in January, if not another missed "company" deadline and he will be labelled just like CEO's past.

2. He has had the nod from the junta officials that everything went well with cedex.Permits will be issued no later than the end of January, yet they want to make the announcement first (as always).

I wonder how many genuine Fund Managers post on bbs - I wouldn't mind betting its a practice what's prohibited in the Fund Managers Guide to Ethical Behaviour as approved by the FCA. Not a thick tome I suspect sort of akin to The Italian Book of War Heroes or the even slimmer Compendium of Honest Spanish Politicians (sorry Lango but couldn't resist).

Anyway, clearly the Junta said it could not grant the permits unless it was satisfied EMED (and not someone else buying it from El Liquidatore) had the finance, the Three Witches then brewed up the necessary morsel but left it rather late when the Finance Director refused to get in the pot,and so now the permits WILL arrive in January.

Just wish I had delayed my last top up at the magnificent price of 6.4p and am insanely jealous of those who bought at 5p.

Good old Harry as well - he knew copper would tank in late 2014/early 2015 so deliberately upset the Junta to ensure we didn't start production this year. What a man eh bw!

All coming together now - any bets where the share price will be this time next year Rodders?

Estienne- thank you for opinion, I am intrigued why you would post if you have exited having taken a loss as you see no up side. I hope you are wrong but I will stick to my research and not take the advice of ethical fund manager who sees digging up mountains and shipping ore around the world as ok, but just as we are to get the final main permit and in production in the next 9-12 mnths says time to sell.
