AL has been told the Permits are on their way by The Junta all these joint releases are approved by The Junta, they would not take kindly to AL performing in the same manner as HAA did and AL knows that such action would be out of order

Wanderer I think AL knows very well how unreliable the junta are and isn't going to repeat the mistakes of IQ.

Might not be optimistic MDS, we could see them on the 13th, and then again it might be February. As you say communication, you would like to think that they are starting a new chapter and have asked for a realistic date before quoting it via RNS. Otherwise why not just let us sweat? Now for them to under promise and over deliver, 13th it is then.
