03/2/2017 14:14 | Chart here looking strong. | che7win
02/2/2017 10:43 | I still don't understand the mysterious LBO's motives, but he/she seems determined to paint Barbados / EHG in the worst possible light. But, perhaps it's not such a bad thing he/she is here; I'm glad to hear the case AGAINST investing in EHG, so that I'm better informed. So far, as far as I'm concerned, this share is a very good share to hold - 8.5% dividends, trades at huge discount to NAV, profitable company, big institutional investors behind it, very likely imminent rerating of the share. | bookwormrobert
02/2/2017 09:00 | Either Zika will spread and affect everywhere or like most other problems it will die out and soon be forgotten. I favour the latter. LBO certainly has a very narrow interest in the disease. | salchow
01/2/2017 09:26 | Looking very strong and with a juicy 3.5p dividend next month for owners! | che7win
27/1/2017 15:48 | EHG showing good strength ex-dividend; somebody is happily mopping up all the usual sales at this time. I still think this is one of my two best finds for an income stock with capital gain potential (FWIW, the other is ShoeZone (SHOE)), so here's hoping for many dividends to come in the future. | bookwormrobert
26/1/2017 12:19 | Only 6 months to go until we collect the next 4+%. Hopefully, this share will rerate soon. This profitable company is still trading at a 50% discount to its net asset value (yes, you read that right!) | bookwormrobert
26/1/2017 11:38 | Thursday - 26 Jan 2017 ex dividend today. | shanksaj
24/1/2017 13:48 | Lots of volume here though,summon going on | linton5
24/1/2017 13:20 | Surprised we haven't seen a bit more buying with the divi due on Thursday. | woodpeckers
18/1/2017 20:20 | Fantastic close, Bulls well pleased today :-) | che7win
18/1/2017 15:02 | Book, Two 100k buys, a 350k buy earlier, some big trade, not PIs. | che7win
18/1/2017 14:39 | I can't work out if today's share movement is just small investors coming in because of the dividend (over 8% p.a.) and the low valuation relative to net assets, or whether some serious stake building is going on behind the scenes. This stock is ideally placed to be a takeover target and Luke Johnson already owns 12.5%... Any opinions? | bookwormrobert

18/1/2017 12:30 | Whoop, whoop! | che7win
18/1/2017 11:09 | 3.5p dividend for holders next week | che7win
18/1/2017 11:07 | Nice breakout. | che7win
17/1/2017 14:35 | The time to buy is when everyone thinks there are problems and prices are depressed. | salchow
17/1/2017 13:21 | If, like EHG, you are earning money from foreigners in US dollars and pounds sterling, but a large part of your costs are in Barbadian dollars (e.g. local wages), then of course it is good (actually very good) for your profit margin if the Barbadian dollar devalues. However, I don't wish this on the people of Barbados, for whom it is not good, and I'm not sure it will happen. In general, EHG's results are solid, and the dividend is exceptionally attractive. I wonder if Luke Johnson & friends won't move into full takeover soon. He must be thinking about it; EHG fits the typical profile of his targets. | bookwormrobert |
