21/1/2014 20:07 | Wow, hadn't realized how much this one had risen, but based on what? I ask. A farm in so they are only left with 14%. EOG have had farm outs when the price hardly moved, anyone would think they've struck oil here. Whilst I may appear soar having not held these, beware newcomers the shorters will turn up, price plummet as quickly as it went up, so look around for another. EOG has not had the silly rise, Mkt cap is only £15m, they have more fingers in pies such as the Offshore Ireland suggested to be bigger than Nth Sea, funding in place, larger percentage share et etc. Long term, EDR yes but anyone holding a 300% rise in a week without a substantial oil strike is going to regret not taking profit. 2014 is going to be the yr for small oil companies but don't hold all your eggs in one. FOGL another will shoot up this yr. | big7ime
21/1/2014 19:49 | Glider - u r welcome m8 - bouncing off lows with the financing twice oversubscribed & more fingers in more pies than Egdon has Resources. Lower risk, as nearer support, Kosmos farm in of Irish licences ($200m of initial spend on 2 licences & 3d due end of 1st 1/4 2014), French farm in open for business & right next door to Total existing fields, 1/3 of Wrestle drill 1st 1/4 2014 & 50% of PEDL181 (with possibility of unconventional play also)!! No brainer really - RAGING BUY where here, the risk is that it has gone up too quickly & could as easily loose 50% as gain 50%!!!!!!!!!!!! However GLA & jealous - what me, course i am - lol | philfromfrance

21/1/2014 16:57 | The share is not just for day trading Clearly profits were high on the agenda today and opiates for the masses. This is a really good opportunity to hold for 12-18 months and should be viewed as such Good Luck to holders and well done to others if they picked up more stock as this was oversold. IGAS was sold for the same reason but the underlying trend for both is up and will probably now do so a little more leisurely and certainly with less volatility that was to be expected after such a rapid climb. | ant15
