Stockopedia appears to show eps were reduced from 4.88 to 3.98 end 2016, then cut again to 2.7p in March 2017. Then increased to 3.6p (normalised) this month.

After speaking with the Co. they gave the impression they wanted to keep estimates 'reasonable', which is one of the reasons I looked further.

Read the Singers note, they talk of upgrading on back of recent updates....DYOR and IMO etc....I belong to Research Tree, c.£200 p.a. but very good access to broker notes....

Czar, I agree, brokers are actively writing of future upgrades and iMO that is rare...EV/EBITDA is the key ratio as you say.....am in for the ride and looking forward to the next update....GLA and DYOR as ever.

EG looks amazingly cheap to me, Singers are well behind the curve on this company but even they show earnings growth at 58% and EV/EBITDA 8.5x dropping to 7.4x, and they are rolling up serious cash, £3,1m growing to £3.7m. This company has a world class unique solution for workforce optimisation, a multi billion dollar market place and very much coming into vogue, they are winning multi million pound orders from huge blue chip clients. This story has hardly started and IMHO Singers is waiting to see before making any more upgrades, this looks like a ten bagger at least, there is no following yet, the market cap is minute and the market has not woken up to the massive potential here......yet.

Sold half my holding at 115p. Love the stock but looks very expensive at forward PER.
Say EPS 4p for year to Jan 2019 gives PER of 29x at 115p.

so let's use profit upgrades as a term instead of profit warnings on the upside! May make new posters confused! but I agree with EGS and so do brokers from what I have read, they are expecting more upgrades as the year progresses and beyond....GLA and DYOR

Given brokers are flagging upgrades to come, that is pretty bullish IMO so let's see where those upgrades take us, but personally looking for doubling from here over next 12 months given momentum...GLA

Only sold simply because when I don't I usually live to regret it. I think I won't sell then slowly watch it retrace 20% or so. No doubt this one will prove me wrong.
