topping up today, this is the start of a real winner imho, has all the hallmarks of a multibagger. I'll give them a couple of years and just see how far this can go.

Apologies for the rise today, but I took my first position having freed up some cash.

The new high triggered a review and with the recent positive trading statement and forecast EBITDA of 1.9m this still looks good value at this level in my opinion.

Add in the cash balances of 2.4m and the 20 percent rise in sales and the trend is likely to continue.

The tie in with GCI looks an interesting source of new business given that their revenues are some 228m USDollars each quarter.

great to see brokers talking of "...clear scope for upgrades given the rate at which the forward contracted revenue base is growing." so expecting more to come IMO / DYOR.

Also they talk of EGS "looks exceptional value."

so let's hope they can continue delivering and an upgrade half way through the year bodes well for more over the second half and further share price appreciation....

The profits warning to the upside has come very early, the year end is 31st January 2018. I strongly suspect there will be several more upgrades as there is real momentum in this business. Clearly there are very few followers here but that should change, this is a high quality growth company IMHO. I like software companies, every time they sell a new license the cost is nothing, just another copy, plus charges for installation, training and tailoring for specific requirements.

N+1 Singer forecast net cash £2.4m last year, £2.9m this year and £3.5m the following year but they have not upgraded since the amazing revelation at the AGM

"I am pleased to report to shareholders that the business has continued to carry this momentum into the first four months of the new financial year. Contracted revenues for the current financial year are already in excess of the full year total achieved in the previous financial year"!

There must be a massive upgrade coming.

Stockopedia has net debt 2015 -4.3m, 2016, -3.2m, 2017 -2.41m, where is the 'growing' net cash? Yes reducing overall debt.

Free cash flow has been negative for the last 2 years..?

I always said that if this came back to £1, I'd sell. I'm not convinced that the company will control "costs". That decision may soon approach, although if the market is in good shape generally I reckon we may see a little more than £1. here.

And up another 11% today to break into the 90ps. Hargreave Hale picked up 60k on tues, to tip them over 16%.

Well that did go down well with Mr Mkt, with EGS ending the day up 17%.

However, what also went down well with me was this:
"Resolution 3 regarding the establishment of the Value Creation Plan ("VCP"), was withdrawn by the Directors prior to commencement of the AGM, notwithstanding shareholder support, in order to allow the Directors better time to consider the matter."
