with ref to gerry2...the sion saga...I remember being told by a judge,many, many years ago, that the definition of theft was `taking without the owners consent`....it seems that along with hanging, times have moved on....and it`s useles to try and relate morals of a by-gone generation in term on the present society. ps how`s energis Poslka getting on these days....did C&W take them over as well?....I can`t remember if they were part of the deal?

thanks for the reminder FINMAC...I noticed that the BICC bank debackle reached a conclusion last week with creditors receiving 33p in the pound.....after 15 years..

What conclusion did our silk,ie, M.Ashe QC arrive at as regards to Energis shareholders predicament..?

Don't give up now, fight on for your rights. The Banks and Bond holders are trying to get you to forget about your shareholders rights, We do still own Energis the original company, althought its assets where transfered to another company.

ref FINMAC....it would still be nice to know what happens to and the conclusion of the SION saga.... as this initialy instituted the collapse of the company...hence the interest...and what NGG, ie the major Energis shareholder will eventually do with Energis Poslka that they somehow managed to wrentch from us minor shareholders..?

Good Evening Gentlemen and Ladies,
It's nice to see people still communicate through this thread.It is not as active as it has been in the past when we have had 200 posts in one night. What we must do is to learn from our experiences. I personally lost 27K in Energis, but have to admit I have moved on .I wish you all well and urge you all also to move on. I have a personal interest in thread as I manned it day and night during the collapse. ! BUT NOW IS THE TIME TO ALL MOVE ON.

FINMAC...memories of ENERGIS...is all we have left.


Hopefully they may yet pay a dividend...in the form of negative equity adjustment against future CTG assesment of other shares that `made it`.Whereas the OAPs who invested...and lost, will have to go to the state for an increase hand out of state benefit...
