Last webinar indicated they will know amount due by Jan 26 and working assumption was 5.5m. Must admit was hoping for more but that will help. |
With regards the deferred payment, I thought it was to be paid in two amounts, the first based on performance to Sep 2024 and the second to performance to Sep 2025.
I'm assuming the first payment will be announced when the annual results for the new owner are released. However, I haven't checked when that will be. |
I agree with you that the deals announced today might have been an attempt to halt the decline is share price.I personally dont think there is anything they can do at present as the background seller is, and most likely is going to keep selling until the 38 Million shares he owns ( at last RNS) are gone.I'm staying in and have brought a few more over the last week as I believe that once the seller goes and the bigger deals are announced + the payment from the EMD at the back end of this year, possibly early 2026, will show the company's potential. |
In the 3’s dreadful |
I think the RNS was probably an attempt to arrest the decline by Harvey at al. The contract sizes though good are not enough to change sentiment I fear. He did mention a potential 8 figure deal. Now that would go a long way to changing sentiment if they manage to land it.Nevertheless it is good to see them getting deals sealed but more needed. |
I bet the reaction has annoyed the seller
People won’t buy this anymore until the seller has gone that is the reason for the shares muted response

Must be sat there on the bell to press the sell |
This lot need to get this selling off sorted it is becoming a real issue |
I can understand the frustration here. Whenever the share price goes up it just gets knocked back down again. However, I think shareholders selling here are selling at or near the bottom. When this does turn (i.e. when the overhang goes) I see this quickly doubling from here.
If I wasn't already balls deep in this company I would buy more at these prices. That said, I might still have a little nibble when funds allow. |
I have done the same ..got out after 4 yrs !! What a shame as really thought this would have be so much better |
I sold, gone into Narf, dead duck this, knew I was an idiot topping up yesterday. |
The name is 150
Be over in 40 years |
I resigned to the fact that share price will never rise, thanks seller 😔 |
Seems he's hell bent on stopping any rise, and me like a fool topped up earlier. |
