If it's them they only had 23.6 million shares left as per their last notification on 10th Jan, so are they dumping before month end at any price?

They seem to be doing well based on yesterday's update, and yet falling again today. Probably because I keep topping up! What happened to 25p?!

Big drag on this share at the moment so seemingly a large seller. Could be Octopus.

About time this worm turned.

very large volume 70% + buys ans yet the price falls, makes me think there is a large stock overhang or the market makers have instruction to sell for a large institution, ans thus all these buys are soaking up that stock.

hopefully will start to move upwards soon, decent TA

Just looked at the presentation on the 1st of December once again. I was reminded of the fairly negative performance of the Finance Director. There seem to be 2 issues here 1) the possible need for additional capital and 2) the continued selling by certain large holders. This is currently priced far too low IMHO so I increased my holding once again !!!! GLA

Things are a bit chaotic here with some problems that have beaten the share price down but there are a lot of positives as well.
They are on track with sales and EBITDA.They have a track record of meeting their projections since they have been quoted.
A lot of the consideration for the purchases they have made has been settled in shares, cheaply.
The two main acquisitions are performing better than they expected they would at the time of purchase.+20% each from memory
Energy costs are high and likely to stay high - this favours their offering.
They are busy and more or less profitable.
The cash crunch has been explained and dealt with.
The slowdown in sales receipts has been explained, the money is coming in but slower than expected.
The senior people here are experienced winners and have further backed the company.
The new strategic shareholder is also an experienced investor who has arranged warrants to take up more shares at 6p.
The market is totally skittish. The news flow form now on is very likely to be positive.Sentiment can change.
IMHO, the stock has been unfairly punished and am nibbling away at these as money becomes available.

I wonder whether they will become a takeover target now ? - someone else will be able to provide sufficient capital, and better manage cash flow.

Short term debt is never preferred to long term debt. The effective interest rate of about 27% on the bond shows that the bond holders didn’t have the greatest confidence in EAAS being able to pay it back by the agreed time. Two directors getting in on the bond £250k each looks good on the surface, but it could also be a sign of desperation. They were careful with how they answered the question concerning whether they would be cash positive next year. I would’ve been happier if one of the questions specified cash flow after debt repayments I.e. FCFE. I think the company’s progress has been great so far, but I’m not convinced by their money management. We’ll have to wait and see. On the bright side, there remains a huge upside and I think the share price has hit bottom so it’s probably a good time to buy in
