Harvey Sinclair, CEO of eEnergy Group plc, commented : "As announced in our preliminary results, today, eEnergy continues to deliver significant year on year growth. As we win larger contracts, we are seeing longer cash collection cycles and for this reason we have secured a £2,525,000 facility with Hawk and John Foley's FFIH investment vehicle, a new strategic investor, as well as support from the Directors. The Board believes that John Foley has an excellent track record in building high growth companies and we look forward to his appointment to our Board."

Some of us did very well out of PTSG, so good to get Foley on board.

hat......what planet are you from ??? They needed capital because of huge growth and the Directors have all put in. I am very happy to have this one as my biggest holding.
I must admit that I was becoming a bit worried by the delay !! The new Director has a great list of successes behind him GLA

Funding sorted, placing at 6p with the warrants so there's cash down the road when the warrants are exercised. Growth in all areas is accelerating.Reads and looks ok to me.Decent value at 6p imho

They should be making hay in this climate. Now the overhang has gone maybe price makes some headway. No idea why Stella sold down. Might take a speculative position.

FY results well overdue, lots of speculation on this one, but i'm waiting to see what happens and then probably buy more at this depressed price.

Thanks, Aishah, good update. It's a little confusing in the update. It would appear as if she acquired shares because she had no previous position. I wonder if the upward move today is due to this misunderstanding, or whether it is a correction that was going to happen anyway. Strange that an insider would sell now when all flags so far have been showing green. Do you have any thoughts on this? Speculations welcome

Stella Murphy (eLight owner which was acquired by EAAS) sold down to below 3%.

I think the 2 year Beond lock-in also expires next month. Derek Myers holds 44.8 million shares representing 12.76%. No idea if he is planning to sell any. Will watch volumes over the next few weeks. dyor

Two good articles in nice PR on LBC and The Times last week. Both on LinkedIn

You would think that under the guise of 'going green' this solution would be snapped up. The problem I have is, the push towards 'green' isn't backed up by any meaningful incentives, even for the average person, that makes 'green' affordable and therefore, places an element of skepticism and suspicion about the motives! My expectations are, that in times like these, 'green' products are not affected negatively but should dominate the whole spectrum of finance positively.
