28/11/2022 14:58 | Thanks john. Interesting interview imo. Gives a robust defence and assures of plenty of newsflow in the next few weeks. | bad gateway
28/11/2022 14:22 | bertiebingo if you listen to the VOX interview Harvey Sinclear explains why the cash burn has been high. Its called investing in growth, demand for their services has been high, requires cash. Something few people on these BBs seems to understand. | john henry
28/11/2022 12:49 | mjneish - it's fact and it's all stated in the funding RNS. | hatfullofsky
28/11/2022 12:27 | hatfullofsky28 Nov '22 - 11:31 - 419 of 421 Thanks. The results make clear their "tightened liquidity position", but they seem to be able to extend this, but I'd agree that it looks pretty murky and it's hard to assess what is going on. Is there a danger that they'll fold completely because of this? Is the figure of £8.5 million your estimate, or has the company stated this somewhere? | mjneish
28/11/2022 12:23 | as always with a share like this, very disparate views. lets see what happens over the next 12 mths and then one side or the other can say told you so. personally this is purely a short term cash flow issue which has now been resolved, but we'll see. | growthmanpo
28/11/2022 12:05 | Justin seems to ignore cash burn in his analysis | bertiebingo
28/11/2022 11:32 | Added more MCL (LSE) & sold some here, money recycling lol | blackhorse23
28/11/2022 11:31 | Because they will have to raise £8.5m within 18months and their RCF is fully drawn down | hatfullofsky
28/11/2022 10:44 | Could someone who knows this company please explain why this is continuing to fall despite the positive results (at least on the surface) the other day? It's a straight question, no agenda except wanting to understand what's going on. Thank you. | mjneish
28/11/2022 10:27 | Justin must be hitting the eject button Yet again | desertrat13

28/11/2022 09:00 | With a name like yours, you should look up Warren Buffett's quote on EBITDA :-) | gregb
28/11/2022 08:54 | Everyone please ignore these twits on here, they’re just trying to scare people to sell. There’s three of them on this board, you know who you are. Nearly all growing companies carry debt. 15% is pricey but it’s a small cap so unsurprising. Most importantly we are heading for £5-£8m ebitda which will generate cash to pay this off very quickly. Harvey Sinclairs target is to grow this to a £100 m market cap business, equal to a 30p share price. My company is working with them on multiple services so I can see they will only continue to grow exponentially from here. | warrenbuffet73
28/11/2022 08:45 | Yes, even his mate PMH Capital is saying 4.5p for these! | gregb
28/11/2022 08:17 | Moved to MCL (LSE) excellent recovery stocks | blackhorse23
28/11/2022 08:13 | The deals at 6.19p are of course buys. | parsons4
27/11/2022 20:41 | Could be interesting tmw. Excellent posts on here of late . I’m well underwater here but i don’t think this is a basket case. I’ll give it another 12 months. | robsy2

27/11/2022 16:15 | parsons4 - it's certainly possible that will be the case, it's also possible that they will need to raise again and soon. GBP 2.5m is not a lot when you're burning GBP 2.5m over 10 months. Cash at 31/12/21 GBP 2.6m Cash at 31/10/22 £115k We need to look very carefully at what has be presented not just dream of how the story may pan out. This is AIM lots of hope and hype. The bonds raised GBP 2.5m (at a 21% discount) but the company will have to repay GBP 3.2m. £700k in interest and redemption fees of nearly 30%. The have also shortened the maturity of SVB's fully drawn GBP 5.0 million revolving credit to 12 February 2024, to maintain SVB's priority as senior creditor. So Q1 2024 is going to be very interesting, the company will need to fund GBP 8.2m of debt (of course they can renew the RCF or extend it) but for a company that has been burning GBP 2.5m over the last 10 months that's an incredible turnaround (or a lot of hope) | hatfullofsky
27/11/2022 10:40 | Exactly parsons, they are victims of their own success, this cash will fund growth, this is AIM after all its a vehicle to fund growth in new starter companies I can only upwards from here GLA all my opinion as I strongly believe in this company | happydays6
27/11/2022 07:53 | hat..... the amount of dilution and extra interest that the company will pay is insignificant when compared to the potential profits that can be earned here in a couple of years time. Add to that the current under-valuation and you have a great investment going forward. I for one hope to increase my holding tomorrow at between 6 and 8p !!! | parsons4
26/11/2022 12:07 | Hat - you’ll get your chance to buy at 6 | wooster4 |
