Haha. Nooo there is nothing wrong with the coal. In fact it is better than they first thought with a higher calorific value and needs less washing. The fine coal is also excellent for power generation and the overall quality has improved the BFS and economics of the power station to the extent that they have enough coal and quality to up the power from 120MW to 200-300MW.

There no mention of the coal being to fine please Copy and paste from rns. At this price any amount of good news going to send it soaring . Market cap 4 half million. Got to be near bottom now

It's in one of the RNS I think about the coal being too fine? I confess I don't know what that means but my understanding is they were expecting something else.

I got out on Wednesday, took the hit. Time will tell if that was the right call. No confidence in RS or the board. Wrong type of coal is being mined apparently. Excuse after excuse then final straw late Friday afternoon placing. If that doesn't scream f e c k you to the shareholders then I don't know what does. Shambles.

At these levels EDL must be a takeover target.
It would be in the best interests of all concerned.....all imho.

Looking at the graph, you see how it had it's biggest uplift when the price was below all the moving averages. Same situation now. This time the move will be a lot higher as the 200 ma is higher at over 0.5p and the share price a long way under the averages.

Who has signed the letter to the Board?

If you have not done so then follow link and cut and paste the letter into a word document and then fill in your name and address and number of shares and sign it and e-mail to our Board

markettimer, yes I agree with what you say, the thing is the placing at 0.35p was a very poor price considering the upside we are about to have and the position the company is in. As we know that was Rufus's fault. As you say the undervalued price can now be bought by investors. TonyTiger sums it up very well.

Whoppy it is normal market reaction for the market price to fall near to or to the share placing price.

Because the shares were not placed via Primarybid retail shareholders did not have the opportunity to take part in the placing.

It is only now that the share price has fallen to 0.35p on the offer that we can now buy at the same price as the people who took part in the share placing.

Shares in previous share placing were at 0.60p and the latest ones at 0.35p which is not doing us long term loyal shareholders any good at all.

I can't believe these are at the placing price. Why would an investor put £750k in, if they didn't think EDL would get contracts signed. It's been a while since they said they were finalising contracts so would expect news any day. Probably before AGM. The coal is still there and the balance sheet strengthened. May have to buy some more at this crazy price.

Tony, Yes I agree, I have topped up this morning. The price is a gift. The coal is still there, it's excellent quality, and contracts will be signed as customers need the coal. Just waiting for the RNS any day.

Does mean an RNS could come at any time.

The Company will apply the net proceeds of the Placing to advance its current mining operations. The majority of the funds raised will be deployed on expenditure, primarily capital expenditure, in connection with the expansion and enhancement of Edenville's current mining activities. The Company is currently operating at up to 4,000 tonnes of coal per month and will used these funds to increase production rates in order to fulfil current and potential orders. The balance of the net Placing proceeds will be used for general working capital purposes.

Rufus Short, Edenville's CEO commented: "The Placing will enable us to both expand our mining and processing operations, as we seek to maximise long-term shareholder value.

"I am pleased with the support that has been shown by investors in the Placing and I look forward to providing Edenville's shareholders with further updates as we look to increase production rates throughout 2018, in order to fulfil orders from existing and potential customers."

Does anyone have an e-mail address for Rufus, Jeff and Tim PR?

I just have to sign the letter and scan it and e-mail to them.

The more people who sign it the more impact it is going to have.

Not all the people who added their shareholdings to the spreadsheet have been posting on here recently so it is difficult to know what support we still have.

Please confirm you have read this message and that you are going to sign and send the letter to the Board.
