I'm obviously very disappointed with the performance of the company.
I added 2m at 0.47 (T20) on the 24th April having studied all the RNSs' for the past 2 years. I came to the conclusion that a placing was now unlikely due to the income that EDL was now receiving.....how wrong can you be!
The fact that the placing was for something around £700k if my memory serves me correctly is peanuts, and the placing price of 0.35p shows no confidence at all.
Many posters on here have criticised Rufus in the past and I have defended him recently.
The best thing that can happen for all concerned is a takeover of the company imo, and what better time to do it.....wishful thinking I know, but you never know.

The action group now have a combined 7.28% of the total share capital so jointly we have sufficient quantity of shares to request that the Directors arrange an EGM.

If there any other people who want to join then the more the better.

Members' power to require directors to call general meetings (sec303 - sec304)
The directors must call a general meeting if so requested by the holders of 5% of the voting shares (or 5% of the voting rights if there are no shares). (The figure was reduced from 10% to 5% by the Companies (Shareholders' Rights) Regulations 2009 (S.I. 2009/1632), reg. 4(2).
The request for the meeting must state the general nature of the business to be dealt with and may include the text of a resolution to be moved at the meeting (provided the resolution would not be ineffective (e.g. under the Act or because contrary to the company's articles, etc., and provided it is not defamatory, frivolous or vexatious).
If the request is properly made, the directors must within 21 days call the meeting for a date not more than 28 days after the date of the notice calling the meeting. If the request included a proposed resolution, that must be included in the notice, which will then be part of the business that can be conducted at the meeting. (If it is a special resolution, the notice of the meeting must say so, in accordance with sec283, above

I'm out, management here clearly don't value their shareholders. Rns on Friday afternoon with minimal explanation is not on. This might be the floor in share price but with these clowns in charge feels like a gamble to me. My money moved into evrh this morning.

Rich.. Ok your post was confusing then and you kept going on about 10k..
The potential of any company RNS must be taken with a pinch of salt til we get the actual results.. Getting the company from an explorer to production is actually an excellent achievement on AIM normally its just disappointment..
I can see a few dumping here and piling into EVRH to get the FOMO and hopefully recouping some losses here.. Rufus needs to pull something out the bag soon to appease investors..

I am Not on about orders and not confused.
10k target was stated many times and even in the presentation said 10k to 15k per month for early Jan.
The 10k was a target set by the company not potential or potential target.
Here we are end of April with upto 4K actual.
40% of said target for early Jan.
Shocking performance in my view.
Most peeps who invested/punted on Edl did so for the potential of the power plant not the potential of coal mining. The mining is a side show to assist the funding of the power plant development whilst the Tanzania gov get their act together regarding policy, PPA etc.
Rufus needs to go imo
