This company, lol, has over a billion confetti shares. So it must be getting close to another pi screwing consolidation. Remember the last consolidation and the bod's comical statement, that they thought there were too many shares. Maybe they should stop issuing them like there's no tomorrow. Just a thought.

I think they need to be in a position to supply and prove they can supply before signing anything. In the wider picture they will be supplying a commodity that is in demand, in a market place where you cannot import that commodity.... for a business i don't see how it could get much better.
Oh yeah.... the mining itself.... just take off a bit of top soil and off you go .... bizzar

They will firstly need to prove to the customers that they are capable of delivering the quantity and quality of the products they require before they will sign it into stone!!.

Therefore, the first step is to get the wash plant fully operational, then test the products that has been washed and then start to stock pile the washed products so that customers can be supplied.

There is also the logistics of delivering the coal to the customers, hiring of staff to look after the work site and control the coal from production to supplying. Then there is security issues to ensure the site is safe for workers, contractors etc. The safety of the products so that no one steals it etc...

Lots to do still before the actual things rocks and rolls so to speak!!!

I think we are still a few months away...

Also I am not sure whether they are fully funded for production or will they need to raise more funds.The price movement downwards seems to suggest that they may be looking at this option and the city has got wind of this and thus the lower share price

I'm surprised it taking so long to negotiate contracts regarding sales, the wash plant nearly up and running now just hold and wait we will get there soon

that the wash plant is now onsite and should be fully operational by the end of September. We have improved most of the infrastructure and purchased the required critical mining equipment. Mining has started and unwashed coal has been supplied and stock piled for washing. We have had strong interest and enquiries from various sources for our washed product and we look forward to formalising sales contracts once we are in a position to supply it.

Contracts first.......then we will see some kind of deal for a power plant but the will come at a very high rights issue price. ....lets see what transpires.

Edl is the share to be in.Now that the start of production of washed coal from the company's onsite wash plant is imminent, it has several customers ready to sign coal contacts in the coming weeks.
