12/7/2017 12:41 | Starting to move upwards - Looks like confidence has been restored once again! | glasswala
12/7/2017 11:07 | Although I would like to be wrong on this....I don't expect us producing any coal until Mid to late September at the earliest as the plant will still take between 10 day to 2 week to be delivered to site and then the construction will take about 6/8 weeks therefore close to Mid September as per earlier RNS. So based on earlier RNS we could see Q3 coal production. But I think it will be early Q4 before we can start seeing some concrete agreements for the coal and therefore a clearer outlook of future income. There is also the recent Mining Legislation issues to contend to and whether or not this will affect EDL in any way going forward - only time will tell in respect of this! | glasswala
12/7/2017 10:31 | So market has not picked up on EDL delayed reaction maybe! Who knows.. What not to like about this bit very reassuring imo.. 'As has previously been disclosed, substantial interest has been shown from prospective purchasers of our coal. Detailed discussions have been held with several groups wishing to take delivery of washed coal once produced'! Gla | potter25
12/7/2017 08:26 | Sadly Tim, mr. Market is not impressed. Completely flat open,Glad to see that my estimation for the goods to clear customs was pretty close, it took about 1 week longer than I anticipated. Still, all they have to do now is come up with some goats and 1 oxon for the farmers comp for nicking his land. Well, roll on July 30 and runs saying plant washing and coal selling. | telbap
12/7/2017 07:39 | RNS: Looks like a rerate is on the cards in the coming weeks. As has previously been disclosed, substantial interest has been shown from prospective purchasers of our coal. Detailed discussions have been held with several groups wishing to take delivery of washed coal once produced. | timw3
10/7/2017 11:39 | Not looking great, so where is the bottom ? | stevie050
06/7/2017 14:13 | Interesting. Sp on the move up. The plot thickens. | jacksonpollack
06/7/2017 10:53 | Stevie I for one would love to see EDL pay taxes at least that would mean we are seeing a profit!! Just pinched my self and woke up to reality - A dream to beat all dreams - now that's a thought!! | glasswala
06/7/2017 10:31 | At least we know EDL won't be hit for back tax..... 'cos they've never made a penny !! lol | stevie050
06/7/2017 09:57 | JP........so by your logic, every company invested into the Tanzanian region will get "nationalised" ? So pretty much ALL future foriegn investment will be nulled as who will put funds into such a place. You must be so clever to see this, when all foriegn goverments (ours included) list Tanzania as a safe place to invest.Clearly they are all stupid and ypu are very clever....is that not so? | telbap
05/7/2017 22:04 | Glasswala. If Tanzanian government has its way, Edenville won't have a licence either. | jacksonpollack
05/7/2017 15:04 | While we are unsure of government actions' motives (i.e. fight against corruption among authorities involved in the sector or simply populist calls for miners to provide a larger share of economic benefits to locals), we fear latest developments are likely to lead to completely opposite results involving a revision in estimates for risk premias of operating in Tanzania, hurting a major FX earner industry and costing the nation jobs, tax revenues and future investments," said John Meyer, an analyst for share price Angel. | defcon3
05/7/2017 14:31 | FFS. Just when you think EDL might be going somewhere they may get stiffed by the Tanzanian government for rukwa. At least the bod know how to give back licences as they have done it on many occasions here and paid millions in imparment charges. Probably another round of placings at below current share price to come next. Another thing the bod's are good at. | jacksonpollack
05/7/2017 08:23 | not as good as your deramping history across advfn!! | timw3

05/7/2017 07:46 | You seem very keen to part with your cash Tim. The only bags here are full of red flags | defcon3
05/7/2017 07:33 | This has multibagger written all over it over the coming weeks | timw3
05/7/2017 07:26 | I think it has. Today's RNS is the company preparing shareholders for wholesale changes | defcon3
03/7/2017 07:55 | Defcon 3......I would have agreed with you however, it appears not to have had any effect. | telbap |
