It's like the UK banning coal and your local coal man up the road sitting on tons of the stuff that he could sell you for a huge profit. But all he can do is twiddle his thumbs and scratch his head about what to do. It's laughable if they can't sort finance and coal contracts out this week, and just continue to dilute and erode the share price and shareholders.

The Tanz government are backing EDL..that's good enough for me. How this will all shake out remains to be seen but at the moment no value is being prescribed to the coal, which we know is there, just need some positive news regarding contracts and suddenly the coal can be given a valuation. It will obviously be north of the current Mcap. Todays trades would suggest a rise and close above 0.03. It will move suddenly by the mm's to get those waiting and looking to buy. They are currently waiting for sells testing the recent rise, but it's not really happening.

Glasswala. Sadly this is Edl we are talking about here. If it was run by a proper bod we'd already have contracts signed and coal for sale. There is a gift horse here but for the bod not us. Consolidation means they can continually place shares to pay their wages for many more years now. Everything is in place but they just seem incapable or unwilling to grasp it.

EDL have themselves stated in the RNS that they have interested parties. I don't believe that the BOD would mess this up because this is the exact opportunity that they have been waiting around for such a long time to be in. Why would they let the company go down the pan when such a fantastic gift horse has ben handed down to them. This is what dreams are made of. I think patient is required here!!

Who holds most of the shares here. 65.4% of them are in Nominee accounts.
The board don't seem to hold any.

I will admit my biggest concern here is the competence, or lack of it, of the BoD. They have a porr track record - but only time will tell.

If a company really has a product in demand and a good business plan then the current market cap becomes irrelevant. Big investment firms will come in and workout a new market capitalisation on depending what level of profit this company could be making by selling its coal.

Good post from LSEtarget price in short termAlmost 3 Yeas ago in 2013 August...Another share in it's doldrums for weeks, REM jumped from 0.04p to 1.25 p on much less material information than what is here in EDLSo Any and all targets resistances supports are immaterial.That rise also started with 3 consecutive DOJIs just above the 8 day SMA... (Just like here) and then all hell broke loose... and created history..Lets create another history with an even higher rise
