Quite possible.

Personally I find it hard to believe that they would not have ran trials in parallel, concurrently or even simultaneously.

Don’t they require two years of good quality field trials? I think it’s sound to assume 2024 would have been the second year, so presumably now busy analysing the results preparing for a label extension.

'Corteva is also running trials in sunflower crops. If extensive testing meets our rigorous requirements and is considered efficient, we will also extend the label to sunflower crops'.

The reference to "notable portion" is interesting as such indicators are normally absent from Eden news releases. I would expect the baseline 3% to be achieved relatively quickly in Germany where there is an established distributor presence and ready market. IMO "notable" probably means >5%, likely 10-20% in short order.

A company maker for 2025 and beyond.

Edit: Ps. Germany botrytis is a big market: approx. £45m euros pa. Do the math!
