Just for a laugh then, exactly who is it that is paying me and how much? You claim to know everything? |
The share price chsrt heeds me.
And ignores you and all the other paid and unpaid rampers.
:-) |
You are just wasting your time, and internet bandwidth. No one cares for your posts, lies or threats. Nothing has ever come of them. The FSA are doing absolutely jack sheet about your threats of legal action, not that they are warranted in the first place. |
lol and ssshhhhhh, ijjit. There's a reason you never took an IQ test.
Those who need to know, know and understand. And quake. Too late now for them to do more than mitigate.
:D |
My most recent article prompted an intriguing response from a brand-new avatar.
Besides soliciting the FCA Complaint Reference, it reveals, with no context --
"Shobhna does not have even a clue what the imbecile has done, not only Eden."
Please could somebody translate?
This merits the fullest investigation.

"we know there are people on this call who are new to the story"
@51.00m
Q..I'd like to ask why we're having this presentation today it seems like we've heard all this before what have I missed today that's new?
Abrey "as we said at the start this is partly off the back of the trading update that we put out um a couple of weeks ago it's partly to make the point that we have seen our seller which has been significant down of pressure over the past 18 months as I mentioned earlier that they have now gone so that's a message we want to make sure that everybody had heard
also there'll be people on this call who we know there are people on this call who are new to the story
so apologies if you have heard bits or some or most of this before but we feel it's important to get the whole story out there so that those new potential or investors get to fully understand exactly what it is that we're doing". |
Kitty, That sounds right and could mean the inthecoming approval has a Sunflower component which enhances near term revenues, potentially doubling current estimates. |
It is my understanding you cannot apply for a label extension when you have not yet been granted a label. |
It is usually two years of testing, all things being equal, is it not. If those trials started in 2023 then in theory, those trials could be complete with an answer due. If those trials are complete, have Eden and Corteva sought a label extension already? |
Not included in the Ecovelex revenue calculation I presume assuming the trials went well.
Jun 2023 - Igor Teslenko the President EMEA at Corteva told us in response to a colleagues question on Sunflower seeds;
'Corteva is also running trials in sunflower crops. If extensive testing meets our rigorous requirements and is considered efficient, we will also extend the label to sunflower crops'. |
Nevertheless might add a few next week |
![](https://images.advfn.com/static/default-user.png) Super,
a question was raised in the Q and A whereby AA said that money was spent monies in 2024 on regulatory work for the insecticide, but he did not explicitly say that Eden had submitted regulatory papers in the US and the EU for the insecticide. Equally, he didn't say that they hadn't.
In the 13th January 2025 Trading Update RNS Eden wrote the following
"Investments, expenditure and other factors
Regulatory costs have been relatively high in FY2024 due to the costs associated with the renewal of Eden's three active ingredients in the EU, as well as costs related to the full registration of Ecovelex.
However, Eden has also invested meaningfully in the development of its product portfolio, both through advancing regulatory submissions (new formulations and label extensions of existing products) and also laboratory and field work to assist in the ultimate commercialisation of those products."
AND
"Outlook
The FY2025 revenue guidance is underpinned by the expectation of sales of Ecovelex being made under approvals similar in scope to those in FY2024, as well as growth in sales of Mevalone and Cedroz due to increasing market share and pursuant to approvals that have been received in FY2024.
However, there are several key regulatory and commercial milestones expected in 2025 that have not been factored into the current guidance, which could increase the Company's forecast revenue in FY2025. These include, but are not limited to:
· EU-wide approval of Ecovelex · Approval of Esseva™ (Mevalone) in France for downy and powdery mildew · Completion of commercial arrangements for Eden's insecticide product"
So that reads to me as though they anchor insecticide revenue expectations to commercial arrangements, not sales as a result of regulatory approval AND if this is correct, that would imply they either haven't submitted regulatory papers OR they don't expect approvals in time for 2025 sales. That in turn would imply to me that they have fallen behind as previously they have stated the possibility of insecticide sales in 2024. There may be exceptionally good reasons why we are where we are, but it would help to clarify this.
Page 5, 2023 interims
Link:
"We intend to launch this product as soon as practicable, with regulatory applications planned for submission in late 2023 or early 2024, subject to the outcome of ongoing trials and data analysis. Pending a positive and prompt regulatory decision, we estimate product launch and first sales as early as 2024/25 in the US and 2025/26 in the EU." |
So cash will be needed as 5.2 is quite tidgy in the wider scheme of things,.That reads pretty categorically . It's for debate but the reset seems to me the fizz comes later than 2025. "No current plans"Bit like DE Gaulle saying he understood Algeria and then knocking ten bells out of the place. |
![](https://images.advfn.com/static/default-user.png) Looks to me like yesterdays presentation was an unofficial Eden Reset.
Loose ends were tidied up..Poskitt / no commercial interest in pursuing plant extract projects. Pipelines were narrowed / closed .. Bananas / Cannabis Fungicide 2 and Insecticide 2 described. Directors 2% investment reiterated. Institutional Investors solid and BFG out. Dilution options described. Reiterated focus on high value opportunities pursued Sequentially. Optimistic of Mevalone approval in Morocco 2025. Second seed treatment opportunity still active.
Corteva 10X Downey Mildew French multiple figure diminishing to 3X with Smith replacing 10X with "we intend to grow the addressable Market quite substantially" and USA the biggest market Abrey reports "we have not yet applied for that" so how 10X manifests is not clear to me but regulatory approval expected imminently in line with previous timing statements.
Ecovelex roughly on schedule with caveats EU for maize approval. No USA figure but global £34M given..Noted that both Corteva related products have no USA revenue indicated.
Cedroz US sales expected in 2026 circa 6m No further advise given on California Mevalone.
Insecticide 1 expectations were reset...unclear picture of timeline with Abrey saying "the insecticide is a huge opportunity for us this one is obviously further behind these other products but it is a big opportunity" which aligns with Slide 6 / Revenue potential by product with first sales expected in 3-4 years subject to regulatory...but the picture is muddied by Smith's "not too terribly distant future" comment and the previously stated 2025 US sales. Abrey also said @42m "we have been spending some of our regulatory Budget on the insecticide product and project to move that forward ".
Smith @51m
"I will say is that it is very difficult to anticipate the pace with which an insecticide the insecticide product will be launched and and you'll appreciate there's a tremendous amount of work that goes into this um so keeping in mind that every crop that we intend to Target every insect pest that we tend to Target for each and every one of those we need to have a complete dossier to demonstrate efficacy so that work has been going on for a number of years now and as we've communicated already we are in the midst of commercial discussions uh with a number of potential Partners to bring that product forward in some cases the timeline for commercialization could be shortened and in other cases it may be a bit longer the long and short of it is no pun intended I'm sorry for that the long and short of is however that our selection of commercial partner and our go to market strategy will really Define the timing for the launch of that product it it's a bit more complicated than even that in that regulatory actions will Define when we get the product to Market and it is very difficult to anticipate those but you know we are very encouraged by the level of Interest the demand for this type of product by the reception that product has had"
Overall revenue forecast for 2025 circa £5m with maybe possibly perhaps enhancements from
Insecticide up front payments potentially adding "in the not to distant future" .. Downey Mildew approval and sales this year, Possible Ecovelex approval sales upside. |
