Neuts I am genuinely interested to know what part of the FMSA you think would be breached by a person posting on this BB, if that person is employed as a financial investment professional but chooses to keep their identity hidden. I believe this is what you are suggesting is happening and which amounts to a crime...?

> Here's a plan!

Since the basis of the scam here is two persons with dozens of IDs between them, when they are inevitably arrested, I will demand that, given the basis of the fraud and breach of FSMA, the SIX MONTH tariff prison sentence, assuming mitigation and absent exacerbation, should be attached to EACH OF THE IDs.

:D

So that is SIX MONTHS x 30 for the ramper (less for the trapped bool-Tool). That is FIFTEEN YEARS JAIL-TIME.

With good behaviour in the absence of the internet, he'll be released after eight years, with a tag and stringent bail conditions.

But before then, I'll apply for conjugal rights visits on behalf of a big - I mean, BIG - friend of mine.

RAMPER ALERT - he doesn't hold a single share himself.

He's getting desperate, talking to himself. Many of his circa 38 fake IDs getting an airing recently.

Same old tired lies propaganda and hype since 2012.

Investing,

My impression in general is that Eden across the board is looking to widen and awaken it's investor base after years of under performance. This became noticeable to me and picked up pace late last year before the fundraise . It has continued since also imo.

They look to be in talks with multiple actors to facilitate this. Reputationally any repeat of previous disappointments would be unwise commercially and professionally so my strong hunch is that they are confident they will have the commercial performance to support this enhanced PR drive.

I think in selling its message to investors Eden would do well to reflect that most AIM casino investors have had their fingers badly burned in the past 2 years. Speaking personally I find it quite appealing that there are some good long term growth prospects on the horizon here without an equivalent near-term high risk of an existential event wiping out the company - that is the problem with investing into mining and pharma companies, which also need regular heavy funding.

IMO, with Eden's market and IP it is shaping up to be a long, slow but sure rise.

I too have been very critical of management in the past. I went away from Eden for something like 10 years, but frankly I don't care about the past including the accounting error from 2019 which some people on this BB are so fixated about. I am only interested in scoping out the company's future prospects and deciding whether I can make any profits by holding the shares. I am happy to be a holder now with, in my estimation, the investment risks having greatly receded over the past 12-18 months.

The million dollar question implied by your comment is whether the business would ever have survived without having all these balls in the air, opportunities to pursue, and ultimately - investor dreams to sell....? That's what aspirational small-cap companies do. They sell dreams for funding - it is called the stock market. Most of these companies do not survive for long on thin air though. Eden has survived for 25+ years - that itself is remarkable! It indicates they have IP which is really worth having.

Is Eden now in an undeserving or even false market position due to how much money it has raised and spent without ever reaching break even? (BTW they have 'squandered' far less than AgBione)

Or, rather, is the company's survival indicative of good, astute management which will carry them forward into a long period of profitability?

You can decide this for yourself right here and now, but history will be the true judge.

Investing,

I don't recall a Feb event but feel free to trawl my posts as I may have posted it.

My own trawling indicated a bump in the USA interest / focus /awareness in Eden but again I don't expect retail investors to be told much about that ..we have to do our own digging...it's the only way.

Super,

good find and soon, the 30th January.

I do wish Eden would put up a calendar of events that they are presenting at so that we, their investors, can get an insight to their efforts to promote Eden to a wider audience. It would be helpful!

I see there are over 100 companies presenting. As I have said for many years, you are fighting for investor pounds. Why should I put my pound or dollar in your company as opposed to one of the other 99+ companies?

Quite apt that the event venue is a casino. Picking the winner out of 100+ companies is a gamble. All the more reason for Eden to tell investors in plain, simple, easy to understand language, why their dollar is best spent in Eden Resources. There really is no other way to address it and even more so when your audience and competing CEO's are Americans.

Super, can you remind me and us of the other presentation in February, also to an American audience if I recall correctly.

Investing,

Not yet but I don't image the aptly named DealFlow Events Microcap Conference in New Jersey is just about getting Joe six pack to invest especially when one considers what disclosures might be involved with the ticket prices and the 'eligibility criteria' form...which I'm guessing is a filter to channel only high net worth people into the event.

Money, thank you for your comment. Eden have had 30 years to get the business into credible profitability…..and had singularly failed.

Their entrenched mindset is to regard themselves as a giant multi-national, which they are not - eg fully staffed, in-house laboratory - and to act accordingly.

What they should have done, in my view, is to contact let’s say 1000 top wine producers across the globe and offered them free samples of fungicide, nematocide etc. If these were effective, which there is no doubt they are, word would have spread throughout the industry and driven massive, ongoing, sales.

Instead they tie up with big-agri who have more important and established fish to fry . No wonder sales remain at rock bottom after three decades. Yes, things may take off, but this sales route is long, slow and by no means certain to deliver.

For ecovelex, I believe management has quoted a healthy 40% margin. Please correct me if I have got that wrong.

I speculate as to whether NeutPOV has ever considered that he might just be wrong? I think he might blow a gasket if he carries on the same way that he has been going of late. I don't really know for sure whether his claim is true or false, but as he seems to think that I am part of that conspiracy, I judge him to be completely wrong!!! I am not linked to anyone on this board (not knowingly) and I hope / expect to make a good investment return on Eden

Super,

I have seen no evidence of anyone loading up, have you?

Eden needs to be more open and provide investors with reasons to invest and as yet, we are not given reasons to invest via the communications delivered. In fact, in all communications that I can remember, investors are not directly addressed.

Eden is a fantastic opportunity for investors, but in my opinion, the investment proposition is not properly understood.

Given Eden's recent US facing PR and the associated wish to attract US institutions does anyone expect Eden and Cavendish to be anything other than ultra Conservative while insiders load up?

This fella just started paying attention to Eden posts. His Hungarian based operation partners a lot of the companies I expect to be insecticide partners plus SumiAgro.

Some might suggest he is involved with Eden via the Polish SumiAgro deal and is showing a professional interest while others may given his role attribute his attention to a building commercial relationship.

No doubt time will tell.

They have slightly fallen for the temptation to increase expenditure but the need for any cash in future just to keep going has evaporated . In my opinion . Whilst the update hasn't lead to a breakout it isn't go to fuel a down turn.I think with the cost of entry so high and revenue to come there's a thermal ahead on the next 30 months

The Cavendish report is quite positive . It mentions improved margins- can anyone here have a stab at working out the %age margins we're achieving . It's important for forecasting when we burst into profitability or calmly go into break even. Hard to see us failing to grow revenue by less than twice this year ,
