Oh to know the unsanitised unexpurgated reasons the former auditors had enough. Risk assessment....

I have contacted the Financial Reporting Council regarding their ruling in 2021 about Edens accounts. When I receive the reply I will post it on the board. Anyone interested in due diligence can simply look up the RNS.

"It sounds like past history, so maybe not altogether relevant"

ROTFL!

1. All history is "past", you moronic Northwick_etc.

2. We know, mug punter, nothing is "relevant" unless it supports your illogical aspirations.

Now, FERKORF!!!!!

And.... look at the share price chart, your epitaph.

Need our help in finding a suitable bit of track?

It sounds like past history, so maybe not altogether relevant especially as it appears this problem has been rectified. Please send me a link if you will..? Thank you.

Clearly your due diligence does not extend to over one year. Look at the reason the share price dropped a massive amount in one day, and match that to the FCA statement. It would be so easy for me to give you that information, but I think you should find it out yourself. I don't want to be accused of fake news.

Now we are just waiting on Neutral POV to answer when today's hangover has finally subsided:

"But since you are so VERY sure of yourselves please tell us all here what you think Eden's annual sales revenue will be for fy2023e. You can give us an indicated range if you like"?

Ok but the accounts are audited so how would that ever be possible? Please post a link for that and I will consider it (my private inbox is open too)

Do not under estimate the capability of the CFO to inflate revenue. He has been castigated by the Financial Conduct Authority for double counting sales.

Please tell me who these 'informed' people are. As far as I can see Eden is following the trajectory of an Olympic high board diver.

Ravenna, thank you that's much better, you have gained some respect. So to be clear, you think 2023 sales will actually be down from 2022 levels. That would indeed be a disaster. How are your confidence levels.. or is it just a feeling based upon years amd years of, well..... not a lot of sales revenue and hence, distrust of tbe Board?

FWIW I think revenues will be well north of 3m pounds (not euros)

But that might be the line were accounts closed anyday from now into the future .I suspect sooner rather than later They'll never be published like that unless by a fluke .The main point is the turnover for break even.

With a revenue of 2.5 a contribution of day 1.25 would lead to a larger loss than that. The line I'm looking for maybe post June is7.9 turnover 3.95 contributionProfit . 05Cash erosion stopped

Since you are too stupid to understand the question was:

"But since you are so VERY sure of yourselves please tell us all here what you think Eden's annual sales revenue will be for fy2023e. You can give us an indicated range if you like"?

The share price chart provides the answer.

Over the past 3-4 years, each successive pump and dump PEAK is about half of its predecessor peak!
