You might get the spike I said wouldn’t happen for ages on this news. But will marketing for Ecovelex be any more effective than it was for Med and Ced? I’ve got this stupid fascination with EDEN. Have known for 10 years or more that there have been supposedly transformational approvals and partner agreements that should have lead to substantial sales, but never did. That would normally mean never looking at it again, but mainly because of the illogical enthusiasm for EDEN on another site I still can’t resist keeping an eye out for EDEN updates.

And there ARE trading opportunities and the classic one (where my incompetence at trading only gave a quick in and out 30% profit instead of the very quick treble available to competent traders) was when somehow Eden and Cenkos persuaded the MIDAS journalist to tip Eden. Is this another trading opportunity? Share price reaction is muted so far.

Well it better be, ha ha.

Ecovelex sales will be much higher than the £1.6m next year - I expect them to be higher than that this year!

Still within six weeks, probably less, we will have a company update.
While it may not blow our socks off - next year will.

All in my oinion.

Very good news; but if the company is to succeed it does not just need a blockbuster product. The insecticide looks rather distant; Mev & Ced are still achieving only miniscule sales; Ecovelex will need to sell volume before the end of next year, to fulfil Investing's expectation of BE.
But still - we advance in stages. Corteva seems to be marketing this and it has huge potential.
Happy to hold (again).

Truly fantastic news.
The beginning has started.
I hope someone can tell me if Korit has received an extension in Italy.

The share price is unlikely to jump as the market is simply unaware of the significance.
Hopefully we get a Cenkos update tomorrow.

I wonder what value of sales can go out this year. It is not like they have to deliver the product - its already there!

Introduction Global citrus production of 139.8 million tonnes constitutes 56.86% sweet orange, 25.72% mandarin, 10.86% lime/lemon and 6.56% grapefruit/pummelo/others. With production of 12.5 million tonnes, India ranks third after China and Brazil in citrus production. Citrus production in India increased from 0.82 million tonnes to 12.5 million tonnes and area increased from 90 thousand to 1009 thousand ha between 1961 to 2017-18 recording 1500% growth in production and 1100% growth in area (ICAR 2020). In India, citrus is grown in over 26 states. The North Eastern region comprising of eight states holds unique position in citrus diversity and occurrence (Hore and Barua 2004). In India, about 250 insect and mite species have been reported infesting different species of citrus. About 12 species of major insects and mite pests and many species of nematodes have been recorded in the Khasi mandarin ecosystem of North Eastern India (Deka et al. 2018b). Citrus psylla, whitefly, blackfly, leaf miner, citrus butterfly etc. are the major pests that cause severe damage to the citrus crop.

Biological control of arthropod pests in citrus orchards in China.

Abstract
China has a very long history of biological control in citrus. Hundreds years ago, predatory ants (Oecophylla smaragdina Fabricius) were used to manage pests by Chinese citrus growers. Considerable effort has been placed on the use of biological control in citrus plant landscapes during last three decades. Many scientific studies have now been published, and some additional implementations have already working. In this paper, we review the research, development and application of biological control of citrus insect pests in China. In addition, the importance of biological control for the future control of citrus insect pests is also discussed.
