09/12/2023 18:59 | I'm still mulling Atty's plausible but breathtaking view of our Nought to 100 million turnover being achievable in twelve months . Order Book yes maybe but Turnover? Nevertheless to cover costs of 4 mill at a margin of 30 % a turnover of 13.34 which would do the job of survival and cash flow is but an eight of that so here's hoping | ![]() alchemy

07/12/2023 08:26 | Eden as Consolidator.. news; These are Eden's partners imo..they control the regulators. It's a cartel with Eden in an advantageous position as 'Consolidator'.to them all. (AWGATWT) The EU Commission shows its close ties to the industry in a 3-day event on pesticide regulations with the industry as the only invited stakeholder. The meeting is held from 5-7 December in Braunschweig, Germany, called ‘Zonal Authorisation Procedure Improvements and Developments’ (ZAPID). (1) It offers the pesticide industry a unique opportunity to lobby policymakers from the Commission and EU Member States' public servants and meet at diners, coffee breaks and even at a Christmas market. This new scandal by DG Sante questions, once more, the Commission's independence. PAN Europe asked the EU Commission to reverse course and stop organising this kind of privileged meetings. (2) Monsanto Tribunal @monsantotribun · 4 Dec Cozy 3 day private meeting of Bayer Monsanto BASF Syngenta Corteva Croplife with EU pesticide regulators. How come that the implementation of the pesticide regulation is so industry friendly? PAN Europe @EuropePAN ‘Regulators should not be spending three days in a hotel with the companies they are supposed to be regulating’ - Cozy Christmas Market Meeting of EU regulators and pesticide industry in Braunschweig. | ![]() supersonico
07/12/2023 07:31 | Profit in 12 months. That's a marker in the ground then. I may remind you of it in 12 months. 😉 | ![]() brucie5
06/12/2023 17:41 | They raised £9.9 million as per the RNS. The last £10 million lasted 3 years. One will reasonably conclude for all the reasons previously mentioned that £9.9 million plus 3 years of revenue will see them through quite easily. Personally, I would anticipate Eden making a profit by year end 2024 from the revenue streams previously detailed. | ![]() investingisatrickygame
06/12/2023 17:01 | They raised c£9m so it’ll last 3 years not 2. | ![]() kittybiscuits
06/12/2023 16:24 | Investing, thanks; and always happy to stand corrected. So when, according to your best analysis, is this company profit making? Assuming that this current cash bung will last the two years? On subject of which, they were extremely lucky to get it; I seem to recall a share price of 3p shortly before the article, because the price at which I bought in. Of course I can't link the latter to the former, but I think one can safely do so the other way round? | ![]() brucie5
06/12/2023 15:48 | Brucie5, These are the Company's numbers. They burn sub £3 million a year, not the £6 million you suggest. Press is hard to come by, especially for a minnow like Eden so I personally believe that your speculation is incorrect. | ![]() investingisatrickygame
06/12/2023 15:18 | Investingisatrickyga 0 0 0 So everyone, filter out NeutralPOV, ravenna23, erinvale1 and any other like posters so that you may better focus on the reality of what IS happening, rather than individuals misinforming you and trashing the Company and posters here. I have and I never see their posts. -------------------- Hmm. Ravenna and Erinvale supply valid critique, albeit with a certain amount of long standing grievance. Afaic, this company has failed every financial prediction that you and Atty between you have made in the time that I've been reading these boards, notwithstanding that you do good research on the tech and market opportunities. The problem is the gap between the quantities being sold and the abstraction of total potential. To put it differently, I'd rather have a corner shop with actual fcf, selling toilet paper at x margin of profit, than a pumpkin carriage promising to sell the elixir of life, but with an endless record of fundraisings. If my share of the elixir is reduced more quickly than the promised extension of my life-span, I am not a happy fairy! I think this is problem and no amount of magic dust around 'total market size' will dispel the doubt that this is in effect run as a life style company. So to clarify: when, according to your analysis, will EDEN be covering all running costs (6m?) and actually making a profit? That at least will give us a metric of expectation to return to. Up to now it has survived on periodic spikes of the share price - the last one rather suspiciously aligned with an article promoting the share- in order to raise just enough to stagger forward for the next couple of years. | ![]() brucie5
06/12/2023 15:07 | From the hxxps://onlinexperie @21:20 the insecticide is potentially worth $35-40 million per annum for Eden @16-16:25 Ecovelex, $35-40 million per annum for Eden The Company with these 2 products alone is anticipating around $70-$80 million dollars per annum. If, for example, Ecovelex performed at this level for 10 years, that's $700-800 million. Pick another timeframe to get an answer that suits you. For sure, today's market cap of £22.4 million looks quite ridiculous on this basis. Eden could over time, hundreds of millions of $ for these 2 products based on the length of regulatory approval. Even if Eden Research is not the immediate recipient of this potential income, I am sure they would consider similar numbers in any discussions they might have in the future with any potential interested party. Having done the hard miles, it is not going to go cheaply, is it! So everyone, filter out NeutralPOV, ravenna23, erinvale1 and any other like posters so that you may better focus on the reality of what IS happening, rather than individuals misinforming you and trashing the Company and posters here. I have and I never see their posts. | ![]() investingisatrickygame |
