are either PAID LYING RAMPING *S*C*U*M* or IDIOTS WHO HAVE ALREADY BEEN SUCKED IN, seeking to either justify their blunder or engineer a ramp back to 20+p so that they can exit (when the bigger ones do, I predict the share price will collapse to sub-1p) leaving the victims/newcomers playing with their willies.

The directors are not buying. Did not buy when this was hovering around 3p. You've gotta be truly braindead not to understand why (there can be only one explanation, however much the lying ramping filth try to contrive and wriggle), and if you are that braindead, I'll rejoice in your wipeout.

Now, kittypoo, ferkorf. With EXTREME prejudice.

Our business manager - Charlie Dolphin - was interviewed in Farmers Guardian about the proposed ban on Korit and other important maize seed treatments.

Some of kenmitch's post, 14740 is accurate; meaningful sales, term, directors salaries.

However, that does not tell the whole story and you will have to decide who on a BB is genuine and who has an ulterior motive.

Start your understanding from when Sean Smith joined Eden
Understand the different business model that was employed
Listen to Syngenta when they state in writing that it takes 8-10 years and circa $300 million to develop a new pesticide
Listen to Eden when they say it takes around 5 years and circa $25 million to develop a biopesticide
Understand why (Regulatory framework being more stringent on pesticides for obvious reasons)

So from when Sean Smith started they have two products,Mevalone and Cedroz, impeded sales and regulatory assessments and approvals like many businesses due to the pandemic over a couple of years and then factor this in to your own personal assessment of Eden.

Then input Ecovelex and its opportunity as RNS'd and commented on by the Company in details

Then input Eden's insecticide which now just requires the appointment of a distributor(s)and should, hopefully, get a speedy approval in the US as all active ingredients and sustaine are already approved by the EPA and this is an Eden product with no external inputs.

When you review this, make your own mind up about how Eden is positioned today as an entity in its own right, with their known partners and their own reach in global crop protection, as well as regulatory demands away from pesticides to biologicals.

Sean Smith joined Eden in September 2014
5 years to develop products 2019
2 years of pandemic interference 2021
6 months plus get his feet under the table and start the change
Eden is arguably less than one year behind performance IF YOU ACCEPT the above

And if you doubt any of this, email Sean Smith and ask for clarity or if you are able, the chance to discuss.

I am certain I am right that in some years gone by when the EU approved just new 10 active ingredients across its region, 3 of those 10 were from Eden. Not bad for a little company just making its move.

Eden is not the company it was 15 years ago, it is a whole different animal and soon to be as a result of sales, we hope, beast!!!!!!!!!!!

Kenmitch, you say (The present share price spike could well be clever promotion of Eden (e.g Mail on Sunday were persuaded to tip Eden) ahead of a fund raising.)They would have had a fundraising by now if that was the plan. It's been 6 weeks from the article in the Mail. There could be a fundraising we will just have to wait and see.
Ken don't scoop to NeutralPOV level, you're better than that.

Ken,

You may be right on funding but I doubt it... to give your reader a little more context balance and colour about where Eden were and where the biologicals market is today I post two items 5 years apart which give one a sense of the slow shifting moves in agriculture.

Have you checked out Eden’s history? They’ve had many approvals and have big name partners. But they STILL haven’t got any meaningful sales. That’s been the case for at least 15 years. IF that ever changes then Eden’s share price could start on a sustained good run, but bearing in mind STILL no sales, how likely is that?

Up till now it’s the well paid Directors who have done well, but shareholders haven’t and the share is down around 70% despite the recent share price spike. Unless EDEN start to get sales they will run out of cash and so might well need another placing at a discount just to survive. The present share price spike could well be clever promotion of Eden (e.g Mail on Sunday were persuaded to tip Eden) ahead of a fund raising.

So buying Eden now might pay off, but those sick of years of Eden over promising and achieving little vent their anger here. Competent investors saw the Eden reality many years ago. Others fall in love with hopeless shares and continue to believe. Unfortunately sometimes they convince those who rely too much on bulletin board posters and commentators blind to the obvious, to waste their money on hopeless shares.

Neuts, any reason why the Directors are not buying? Surely, if it's as transparent as you say, then a small buy by the Directors would enable the ramp/pump that they need..... Thoughts, as always, appreciated.

Listen here, wipe. If you don't want to engage with the public, do not post on a public forum.

Ferkin' liars and cheats everywhere. And now an absolute marooon, certifiably stooooopid.

What a stinkos!

Start at s1 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. Keep tally of the breaches here by the filthy tribe of rampers, of which I'm pretty certain you're a part.. Especially of the paid ones who fail to disclose, as mandated by law, that they are remunerated to do what they do.

By the time you reach the final section, let us know how high the tally has got.

ROTFL but it'll be me laughing at the close. Hope Sambo has fun.

If you try and restrict my freedoms, especially those guaranteed by ECHR, you'll find quite how sharp I am, and that there's something far sharper than wit.

A writ. Now ferkorf! ;D hahahaha popcorn
