29/7/2023 18:04 | I agree Super. S/he cannot see past the end of their noses. I am not worried at all about eden now the fund raise is done. | kittybiscuits
29/7/2023 17:38 | All Lube narratives are destroyed without exception. | supersonico
29/7/2023 17:33 | Is the pre-pack administration narrative also destroyed? | weyweyumfozo
29/7/2023 15:27 | The 0p narrative destroyed... again The directors don't buy.. narrative destroyed. The impossible to raise cash narrative destroyed. All Fraudy querulous commentary and fear porn.. obliterated. This is the end of Lube. | supersonico
29/7/2023 15:16 | Lube in full panic mode. | supersonico
29/7/2023 13:43 | Plans for wet wipe plant expansion to bring new jobs to Farnworth. | supersonico
29/7/2023 11:37 | Whilst Horsman is a director this is an avoid. Why have someone whose experience is in company administration. | ravenna23
29/7/2023 11:25 | I hope one day you buy back in... as I've said I'd be adding at that point too..... | timbo_slice
29/7/2023 11:13 | Everybody invested in Eden.Keep betting on a losing horse, that will work.Or you could wait until they issue an RNS for significant sales. That would be the time to buy. Until then you will always be able to buy Eden at a lower price. | ravenna23
29/7/2023 10:59 | Timbo, if they had an underwritten raising for £10m I would be throwing money at the share. Unfortunately if Cenkos and institutional investors are not prepared to show this level of confidence in the future of Eden, why should normal people pay for new shares instead of paying off the mortgage. Sorry but this stinks to me. | ravenna23
29/7/2023 10:52 | Sorry, obviously I was up too early. 3 working days for a retail shareholder to respond to an offer. Only on AIM ; | ravenna23
29/7/2023 08:44 | Hi Rav,As I've said, we will find out next week. Personally, I'd be surprised if they did not raise their targeted amount. 100% I agree with you regarding the fundraising and the timing of it. It was obvious it was going to happen 18 months ago. The AIM market is a game... its cyclical spin a story raise funds rinse and repeat ... every so often you come across a gem. Will EDEN be the share that you too once wished it to be ... who knows. I certainly feel that EDEN might just be right place right time. If it was only PI's I'd be more worried. Sipcam adding is a positive, and why stock seed treatment stuff if not expecting to sell seed treatment products.... Exciting 18 months ahead and if EDEN does not succeed so be it. Mango. | timbo_slice
29/7/2023 07:50 | "Had a look at the website this morning, no mention of the offer, why am I not surprised." Try this - the RNSs were there yesterday evening. | weyweyumfozo
29/7/2023 06:54 | I topped up with a few EIS/VCT qualifying shares in the placing, Scale back was around 55% in this case, which suggests that demand considerably exceeded supply for the EIS/VCT shares. I would expect a number of VCTs and EIS funds (institutions) to come on board in the second issue of shares, once resolutions have been passed at the GM and HMRC advance assurance has been received. I was made inside around 11th July and the indicative price then was 6-7p, so intreresting to note that they did not have to drop the price any further (as is more often than not the case nowadays) to get the fund raise away 🙂 | timbo003
29/7/2023 06:27 | If you care to look at the updated shareholder list you will see that BGF have dumped another 5% of company stock, they are doubtless in the process of getting rid of their remaining 5% to Sunday Mail readers. I doubt they will be participating in the fund raising. Naturally all you PIs know better than professionals who have been invested in Eden for years. Eden talk ten million raising. I'll be surprised if they manage 20% of that, enough to last another 8 months. But of course there are huge tax breaks, watch that value disappear. Best you all stick to ETFs and index trackers, by admitting you own Eden shares you are flagging your own investment incompetence. Had a look at the website this morning, no mention of the offer, why am I not surprised. Lambs to the slaughter. | ravenna23
29/7/2023 06:14 | I don't need to mention zero pence. You have a director Richard Horsman who is very experienced in company failure, so much so that he lists Toople plc as an outside interest even though it went bust in 2022. He is so confident that he has to hide his identity on Edens website. It is no coincidence that at the AGM on 28th June the Directors denied needing a fund raising, to avoid a lynching I assume, yet exactly one month later the begging bowl comes out. You are all in denial, but by all means throw good money after bad. It is hugely entertaining seeing exactly how stupid the progeny of the wealthy are in dissipating their ancestors wealth. | ravenna23
29/7/2023 05:39 | I dont think you mentioned 0 pence.... | timbo_slice
29/7/2023 00:59 | Yes we are the idiots that stated the company needed to raise more cash when the directors said it wasn't necessary. As you have been watching the share for two years you will note that they haven't given a trading update for first half 23. No doubt because they have run out of cash so need to raise first. You know what they say about fools and their money. | ravenna23
28/7/2023 23:43 | You are clearly an idiot like NPOV, as I have already explained I have a holding in Eden and have been watching it for well over 2 years. I know what I am getting into. | kittybiscuits
28/7/2023 22:09 | Oh, wow, a Sunday Mail reader. Just wait, when this capital raising fails your investment will be losing money. The company will be back in the same position where it doesn't have the cash to do anything other than pay the board salaries. | ravenna23 |
