Assuming these acronyms refer to directors, you used these because you want to eliminate legal problems, and many/most readers can work out who you're talking about (I neither know nor care who they are, this shaggy dog's tale is writ large in its RNSs and timeline), I've no idea who they are.

And the ruse is no more a defence against an action for defamation than is using "allegedly" (a la HIGNFY).

But (a) following the Smith v ADVFN case, would be considered mere slander (b) would mitigate damages because search engines wouldn't find the content (c) truth (fair comment) as well as public interest reporting would likely be successful defences.

I don't know who thought it would be a good idea for one director to buy £18k of shares, about one weeks remuneration, after the price has halved in three months and the company has been cautioned by the FRC, but this PR attempt has gone down like a lead balloon. Never heard of Hawthorn Financial PR, probably related to board members. Shockingly bad investor relations. The CFO is too.cowardly to apologise for his actions. Appalling.

This is cruical information, if true. Increased titers in previously vaccinated individuals is precisely what one would predict during the waning phase of the immunity post vaccination if antibody dependent enhancement was occuring.
