"They are very well paid, no doubt about that, but anyone investing in AIM stocks has seen this scenario many times before. What I think will happen is that with Cedroz and Mevalone regulatory filings, ultimate approvals and then sales, these will underpin the operational costs of the business in due course and other commercial agreements over and above this, for example, Corteva, will go to the bottom line.
So for pure profit, I am looking at the value of Corteva, greater geographical right's if they come along, another seed deal with another seed company, Animal Health with Elanco and our Insecticide(s) when they come on board. Seeds and Animal Health could deliver revenue and profit relatively soon.
As long at the Remuneration Committee doesn't get carried away with options on the LTIP and the annual salaries, then Eden is well positioned. I do think the most recent Options should have been set an a higher price, multiples of the 10.37p and this would have sent a direct positive message to 'the market' and consequently, I believe the price would be much higher today had they done so.
There is plenty of financial incentive now in play as is the purpose of the LTIP and so no more incentive is required, just delivery. The salaries are very healthy too and so again, in my opinion, they do not need raising. If Eden delivers the results, the Options already awarded will make the two Executive Directors very wealthy."

Fair enough, I'm not going to argue with that, but with Corteva in play and more to come, I think you and I will do very well. I personally doubt that when Eden gets to a certain point, that it will continue to exist as I reckon they will get taken out.

However, I could perhaps see a situation where they continue as an R and D house with all of those pending patents having sold off the commercial aspects of the business and then go again and try to repeat. That of course would depend on the appetite of the Execs after they had received their millions.
