Note to the gullible PI here (the adjective "gullible" is redundant here - any PI in this must definitionally be gullible!):

Phone up the FCA (FSA, SFA etc., name changes but total quango incompetence stays the same), identify yourself as a PI (private investor) and ask what steps they take to ensure that bulletin board scams don't get away with it.

When you get fobbed off with "can't comment on individual cases" ask, for example, when did the regulator, acting together with the COLP and CPS, last serve a legal notice on say LSE to reveal IP addresses of posters.

Tell us here what they say. ;D

Think about it, and how many such firms there are.
