Best Guess,

Your right ..that's why the Global insecticide numbers include a China and Indian component imo and those regions are not included in the Ced / Mev projections as they are targeted at Higher value produce and will be limited to those selling to wealthier countries.

Global. Most of the world's population live in India and China. Eden sales close to zero. Rich countries EU, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Brazil, Eden sales close to zero. Stop defending the indefensible.

Big sale coming in by the end of year! Where is it? 25 days to go. Less than funny for the mugs who paid up under the EIS scheme. Fortunately for Cenkos they no longer exist. How convenient. EIS benefit all gone, and you still have to hold for two years. Disaster.

Best Guess,

The poorest in the world in India will be buying the Bio insecticide which is why Abrey talks of a global deal which imo will involve dealing with UPL as a conduit to the Indian small holder dominated market.

What is your understanding of Global ..perhaps thats where you are confused?

Hi Kitty, what is the return on your investment in Eden. Is it positive? Perhaps you are trying to encourage others to invest in order to mitigate your own losses. Shameful.

Well Super, you have answered it yourself. The majority of the world's population simply cannot afford Eden product. Asked and answered.

Yes, sales are always over the horizon. Just like shareholders returns. How much have you lost after the recent cap raise?

Best Guess,

Abrey describes a 'Dearth' of Bio insecticides product and the interest in Eden's product is described as 'Global' with higher projected short term revenues than the disclosed long-term 'future' Mevalone and Cedroz sales.

So the biggest product on the horizon fails to fit your categorisation in relation to cost benefit and a large proportion of the growers look to be from China and India where I understand small holder farmers are the majority.

FYI ..I'm assuming 'Global' means China and India are included so Syngenta and UPL will have big part in 'regional' or 'national' deal as Abrey indicated.

Next.

Yes, lovely. The problem is that the farmers don't want to buy Eden products, no doubt because they think they are too expensive. Have you ever been given any intelligence regarding the cost benefit of using Eden products. No, why not? Because they are producing a Rolls Royce product at a price a subsistence farmer cannot afford. Just think about that, carefully.

The composition of the present disclosure may alternatively be applied via irrigation. This is suitable for treating nematodes or other soil borne pathogens or parasites.

In certain embodiments, the present disclosure provides for compositions in the form of granules and methods of controlling pests using the same. Granules allow for the use of less selective herbicides, pesticides, and combinations thereof, and thus offer a means to control pests that are not otherwise easily controlled. Granules are a convenient application form for producers with small allotments such as paddy rice farmers, or for growers of turf where spays are complicated by the needs of near neighbors sensitive to drift or odor or for broad acre farmers who wish to apply fertilizers and herbicides together and who do not have convenient access to water.

The granules may be used in flooded paddies, recently irrigated turf, or in areas where it is inconvenient or impossible to remove irrigation water. The granules allow small holders the means to apply crop protection chemicals without expensive equipment, and without risk of exposing airways or eyes to aerosols or spray materials. Granules can be easily measured and distributed by hand. Using granules that are designed for uniform dispersal is advantageous because this compensates for uneven application.

For sure, human stupidity is in infinite supply.

That's why they remain poor.

However, only a matter of time before the more significant PIs start divesting their holdings, maybe because their families find out and have them committed to asylums.

Well, you've laid down a challenge there, I reckon! Come back in 6 months and see if we're sill stuck here. Last year it moved between 4-6p; this year between 3-12p. In 2020 it rose to 20p! So one thing is for certain, this share moves and it's brave man who says that this time will be any different!
I have very similar size holdings in OXB, TERN and EDEN on basis of asymmetric gains: minimal (I hope!) downside with theoretically unlimited upside. All largely discounted by the market.

None of them, I should add, for widows or orphans, and only at the right price, which to my mind, is about now, and gives patience.

Obviously NAI. And they are hardly characteristic of the bulk of the Bruciefolio as you know.

Kind regards,
B5.

Hi Brucie.

High chance imo that a 6 month time scale could be 6 months stuck around the current price or a bit lower. 6 months time might be a good time to buy rather than sell, but my buy trigger won’t be until there is news to justify that buy. I don’t want anything that looks dead money when there are so so many alternatives bargain shares to go for with genuinely positive newsflow compared with a share that has promised much but STILL not managed any meaningful sales for 20 years or so!

What a mistake it is for fans to stick with such shares and worse still continue to promote them year after year in the teeth of evidence via a 90% fall in the share price that they have got it wrong. It misleads and is costly for small investors who trust their very flawed judgement .

Ken, always good to hear from you. No problem about my previous position - it was my decision not yours to sell early! Main lesson for me was to ensure each buy decision is anchored in patience. The logic of my current position in EDEN, small though is, is that while you may well be right about the wait to significant news, newsflow is largely inevitable, whether on Ecovelex or US permissions on MEV/CED; and given the raise at 6.5p, this level looks good for patient money. As to whether sales will build materially, such that EDEN finally achieves the cashflows dreamt about by several here - the jury is most definitely out. But it seems well ensconced with Corteva, not to mention its other partners, and there will no doubt be value for them to cherry pick as Ecovelex gets green-lit. So from this level I see an asymmetric risk and at very least a six month hold. That's about as patient as I get!

It’s probably my fault that you didn’t cash in after thst Sunday Mail tip. I posted that I expected the share price to double on that news but instead it hardly moved and that, and the reason why it didn’t, is why I unwisely and wrongly posted against buying.Apologies for that IF it influenced your decision not to buy. That reason that held the share price down was because a big investor used that tip as a chance to escape. BUT after that the share did behave exactly as I forecast, both here and on Mike Walters site, as I predicted it would and why, at the time.

I.e VERY clever work by Cenkos and EDEN in somehow persuading that Sunday Mail journalist to tip EDEN. I forecast that that would lead to a temporary big share price rise that would enable EDEN to get a fund raising away at well above that 3p or so pre tip price.

(The start of those gains WAS a big trading buy opportunity. I messed that up by buying too late and selling too soon before the 12p peak so only got 30% gain, but cleverer traders could have tripled their money, and fans here who are so totally convinced could have cashed in by buying a trading stake and then taking a big profit too).

I posted that after that fund raising the share price was very likely to fall all the way back to where it was before that clever and successful hyping. And so it has.

What now? It’s dead money imo for a good while yet as EDEN share price will now only go up on Ecovelex approval news and then permanently if at long long long long last that is followed by meaningful sales. It’s then and not now that I’ll invest in EDEN again. That’s when the share price could well rocket.

Separately Brucie. I’ve noticed that what is happening right now is what has happened before at the end of bear markets. I.e on days when the indexes are down, especially so the FTSE100, a lot of bombed out shares, including our big dividend paying shares and Investment Trusts, are going up on down days. That’s a very positive sign.

E.g EBOX which fell to way oversold 45p is back to 58p and up again today with FTSE100 down 50 points, after their reassuring results and held big covered dividend. So whatever happens to your EDEN stake,VERY high chance of very happy days for your portfolio ahead.
