In the 28th February 2020 Placing, Subscription and Open Offer RNS, Eden offered up an appendix which showed the Mevalone and Cedroz Regulatory Approval Log. Within this was estimated market size and distributor details

With the pending insecticide having been trialled in 140 locations around the world and Eden anticipating moving into the regulatory stage in the not too distant future, might Eden set out, as it did with Mevalone and Cedroz, the estimated market size of their insecticide in each territory, such that investors get an insight into the step-change that we all hope the insecticide will bring, once approved in each country location, however many that may be.

I think that would be a good thing as it would show investors the transition Eden is hoping to make with the successful launch of this new product.

Sorry to hear about your car. Hope no one was hurt. But agree with your sentiment, EA and California Mevelone approval could come any day.
Ideally they are needed before year end, but early in new year would suffice.

In my view, again in MY view - buying does not take courage - just money.

Sure, I do not expect any takeover - well not for a couple of years at least.
News on an insecticide deal(s) have been flagged as Q1 2024.
Trading statement possibly around 18 Dec or mid Jan latest.
However, ecovalex EA could come at any day. Californian approval could come at any day.
Of course one can take the view that either or both might add a penny at best to the share price I take the view that it could propel the share price much higher, especially as it will be followed with a buy note from Cenkos containing projections of profit (and cash positive) in 2024 and beyond.
Naturally a cautious (sensible) investor might accept a higher cost base, of course the counter argument is, how low can the share price fall without news till mid Jan, when we are at 4 bloody p?

No-one should be here if they conclude Eden is full of smoke and mirrors.
If one believes Eden is on the cusp, then the current share price is an incredible buying opportunity that does not take courage, but money and a little patience to bring substantial rewards.
The share trades yesterday looked more like bed and breakfasts or T20 rollovers.
What is evident is that there is not a great amount of liquidity - so some serious buying will propel the share price north

Headed back below 4p despite the 12m cash. Don't listen to Tricky, he has been recommending Eden at a much higher price. Why is that? Where is the actual sales announcement Tricky, it was promised months ago.

Eden is not 'listed' there in the way that they are listed on AIM. It is simply a way for US investors to access Eden's shares in London.

The two are not the same. That is my understanding.

Question;

How successful has the listing on the OTCQB Venture Market been?

I'm not convinced it's been that great and as such maybe why we 'might' be seeing the beginnings of Eden considering moving to a bigger exchange.

This makes sense considering the expected exponential growth we expect to see over the next few years with Mevalone, Ecovelex and Insecticide..with a considerable chunk of those sales in the US.

This may also explain the thinking behind the establishment of a US team.
