Does anyone know what the outcome was in connection with the accounts queries which caused the shares to be suspended for a long time and the auditors to resign? I never heard any more about that.

And if they haven't raised it, what then? I understand trading will be suspended so I won't be able to sell my already reduced to peanuts holding. And if they have, what then? Will be expected to throw more cash at this company? Will it be on AIM and will we be able to sell? Not sure I want to be part of an investment company run by these incompetents. Don't know whether to sell now at over 90% loss, giving me not much more than £200, or hang on for the ride, hoping for a little more. Looks like I'm stuffed either way.

Just bought a load more long positions, looks like they’re going to give an update tomorrow. I can only assume they’ve raised the 6M, it’d be suicidal for them not to. If raised, I’m expecting the share price to sit around 14/15p. Too good an opportunity to miss if you ask me

Dbay already won 51% of the actual profit making part. Esl weighedbdown by debt and it sounds like Ebay wont even lend another £6m.

Another stage in the 3 year plan to swipe the companies from esl and leave esl a cash shell owing £300m and no income to support it.

If I had s pension with them, I think I'd be transferring out while I can.

Seems to me like ESL saw a share price rise at 28% and tried their best to suppress it with a speeding ticket. Little did they know that investors were savvy enough to see right through their attempt and started piling in at 10p.

When a speeding ticket gets ignored and the share price continues to rise, this is one of the most bullish signs one can ask for. Nothing (even the company) can stop this now.

All eyes on breaking 14p today.
