70-140 highs? That’s quite a spread, and a big target at this stage.
Any targets will be based on analysis surely and not the stock trying to beat its own PB 🤦🏼‍♂️

This could be targeting its 70-140p highs. Added and will average up if it breaks new resistance points.

Logistics companies have been booming during the pandemic and lockdown periods. Given that we are in the Christmas run-up, ESL is going to get a massive injection of business. The king of transport has returned and the rebound story has only just begun.

Looks like 9th December. I am just watching here. If it passes 10p I will think I will jump in. Could be the firm providing the funding, also doing the shares buying.


As highlighted in the Company's announcement in November 2019, the conversion of the Company to an AIM listed Investing company would entail the Company raising funds of at least GBP6.0m, with the deadline having been extended to 9 December 2020. Shareholder approval would be required for any such a conversion and the Board intends to seek the views of existing shareholders before pursuing such a transaction.

Have you seen all the buys here they it appears that they may have raised the £6m to avoid a de-listing as something is going on behind the scenes. If they have successfully raised then should hit 15p pretty quickly. Can any one remind me the date that the £6m needs to be raised by?

once we break 9.5p this will be huge already yesterday we are loads of big buys yes including one for nearly a million paying 1p over bid buy buy buy buy
