19/1/2021 14:32 | The warrants provide us with further cash whether we need it or not. It is common for warrant holders, often financiers, to convert and sell, because they are only interested in turning a profit and not at all interested in gold exploration. As warrant holders sell, if the share price falls, it provides opportunity. | excellance
19/1/2021 14:17 | With all these warrants around could explain the present sells recently. Holder here but did top slice early Jan to have a punt on another gold company with prospects called Tanzanian Gold Corp (TNX) traded TNX in Toronto Stock Exchange(TSX) which opens 2.30pm - 9pm and in 1 CAD (Canadian Dollar). Worth a look and read about them. I have started a thread under TNX. They joint venture partner with the State Mining Company (STAMICO) to submit an updated mine plan for the Buckreef Gold Project to the Mining Commission in Tanzania. STAMICO, which is 100% owned by the United Republic of Tanzania (the Government). Buckreef gold project will be massive and will see substantial profit for Tanzania gold corp. Will hold here and wait and see..... | onehanded
19/1/2021 14:08 | Partly. Read the last three years of rns's to get a feel for how ECR are positioning themselves. This is an exploration play, so they are loss making, and can only survive by raising cash by placing or by selling interests in discoveries. This is extremely high risk, but also extremely high reward. The share price and therefore mkt cap reflect the high quality licenses they have in a good jurisdiction, and the other stuff like money in the bank, we have our own rig, and we have a top quality team...but never any guarantees | excellance
19/1/2021 13:07 | I'm not invested yet, I meant that I'm fairly new to investing in the mining sector. I've only been investing since Feb 2020. I've read the last 10 pages of the chat and looked at the company etc, and I've seen the recent spike in share price so was wondering if the gains have already been priced in. | cda080294
19/1/2021 13:01 | Just park your punt here and wait six to eight months. ECR were quite slow delivering assay results last time around, and I think corporate activity could be very closely linked to the next ones, so expect a long drawn out drilling campaign. Patience is the key here now. | excellance
19/1/2021 13:01 | You're too late to be just in time thankfully .. so well done :0) | onedayrodders
19/1/2021 12:57 | Please don't take this the wrong way but shouldn't you ask that before you invested ? | davetedjack
19/1/2021 12:51 | As a new investor, am I too late or just in time? | cda080294
19/1/2021 12:49 | Creswick will be a lovely little earner for a small to medium sized prospector. Basically a chain of open pits sifting through the ore for decades, shallow, low tech, all they'll need is a fleet of diggers and crushers. I think we are looking for the deeper high grade stuff, like Fosterville. ECR represents a fantastic opportunity, and we know the gold is there. The risk is in the grades and widths. | excellance
19/1/2021 12:26 | No guarantee of a JV, CB won't give it on the cheap | bigboss13

16/1/2021 15:23 | Looks interesting to me. Those dark redish veins... Reminds me of copper/gold cores | excellance
16/1/2021 14:56 | Mofo Jones,Thanks for the update. Very interesting indeed. I think, given the December interview where CB said 'its moving' and wouldn't elaborate any further, there is definitely something coming at Creswick soon - hopefully the deal you have mentioned. On another note, was listening to CB's recent interview again, note the subtle jabs he's taking at RedRock/Pow JV when he talks about the outer Ballarat competing applications, 'we're actually a real company drilling wells every year'.He maybe sleepy, he sure knows how to land those long distance jabs ;)Cash | cashandcard |
