It makes sense why CB has decided not to drill that area yet either, proofing up other sites as he's looking to get a JV sorted, so let the big boys handle it. Makes sense their drill plan leaves creswick until later, almost like it's time sensitive and the big boys have until then before we drill and show it's worth even more. Big boys have big boy money, they'll try to be tight but ultimately, they want in on the drilling and the cost to them of taking a risk is pennies when the reward could be millions/billions

Why would the share price tank? Honestly some people really don't get this. They wouldn't RNS until full negotiations are concluded - so a counter offer would come before news is published to market.I bought a lot more on the dip yesterday as I firmly believe by the end of next week an offer will be accepted on Creswick from a major.

Regardless, they deserve credit for sourcing there own drill and doing it themselves. Massive demand for drills and contractors are causing big delays at the moment, so that in itself has been a great move.

Why would it tank if CB says it is worth a whole lot more and not prepared to give it away?
It will not tank very far for the simple reason any dip will quickly be bought.

That's what I was thinking Maghera - surely if Brown rejects the first offer, the share price would tank, but according to our friend the big boys are super keen so would come back with a counter-offer which Brown would accept and the share price would then go to the moon.

So the time to buy then is next week, when the share price will tank on the jv rejection, all according to our friend, naturally.

Calm before the storm folks - I can't guarantee the offer will be accepted obviously that's down to CB. But next week an offer comes that's for sure - first offer will always be pushed back and the big boys are proper keen so a counter will be put forward. I fully expect that to be taken - CB wants a JV on Creswick but is playing it super cool. Next week first offer arrives!
