Sidetrack is not inclusive and is dependent on a discovery or strong positive shows in Gazania. If we announce sidetrack in 2-3 weeks you can open the champagne ?? "

ECO up 7.7% now!

ECO is up 5%

Africa Energy is up 12%

Panoro is up 5%

So all the partners in the Gazania-1 well are showing blue.......whether than means anything or not, we shall find out in the days and weeks ahead.

I expect news next week, however........it might even be the week after.

Africa Energy up 12.7% and ECO up 5.8% on TSX. I see we actually have a few trades in ECO over there!

Most people expect 3B/4B news after Gazania-1 well is completed and announced. Its a bidding process, so the winner can be selected whenever they want to......so expect them to delay picking the winning bid until Gazania is complete.

The difference is the pump and dump merchants all were out at 34p and 35p recently.

The "no balls" cannot hold for results type........so this time around there should be a lot less selling to feed any buying.

It could spike quite fast if there is a sudden amount of buying coming in.

Jamesiebabie yes they will have LWD........but depending on what they see, they may run wireline at the end to take fluid samples or run other tests.

I am in the camp that, the longer we have no news.......potentially......its a possible positive sign.

But once again, nothing is certain and everyone should be prepared for a duster RNS. Fingers crossed its not.
