Sound Energy would like to invite investors to attend the next of our sixth monthly series of investor events. This event will be held on The Silver Sturgeon in London on 5 October 2017.

Venue address: The Silver Sturgeon boat, Savoy Pier, Victoria Embankment, London WC2R 1LA

Start time: 6:00 pm

Presentations: 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm

Carriages: 9 pm

Closest tube stations: Embankment, Charing Cross, Temple, Covent Garden

Dress Code: Business casual

Drinks and minimal canapes will be served both prior to and after the presentation.

Please register via the Eventbrite system by 17:00 on Friday 8 September 2017 to confirm your attendance.

The venue requires all names prior to entrance for security. Spaces are limited and registration may close early without notice if full capacity is reached. No late registrations will be accepted.

Admission is strictly by RSVP ticket. One ticket per confirmed guest with a maximum of 2 tickets per registration upon submission of full names and email addresses.

Up 20% on decent volume too. Be good if we can hold today's gains into the close. Could set the ball rolling nicely next week! Timed my entry point all wrong, but the averaging down has been spot on! Makes a refreshing change ;o)) Could see this back up to 19-20p once the ball gets rolling again.

Would love to know what price they let them go for! Back to a level playing field now then. Supply and demand will drive the share price. With Brandon Hill no longer in the frame, anybody who has been shorting this in the knowledge that there would be a steady supply of shares coming onto the market through their selling, will be wanting to buy back quickly! Might be an interesting day today. Now that this issue is settled, we may get more newsfeed from the Company too. Onwards and upwards from here?

Echo Energy, the South and Central American focused upstream gas company, is delighted to announce that 21,879,259 ordinary shares in the Company previously held by Brandon Hill, have been purchased by a new investor syndicate introduced by the Company on 3 August 2017. To facilitate the introduction of this supportive syndicate, the Company has offered, and Brandon Hill accepted, to waive the current lock in arrangement between the two parties. The Company looks forward to welcoming new institutions to its share register.

The Company would like to express its gratitude to Brandon Hill for their support over the years, in particular with regards to the capital and advice it provided during 2016 and early 2017. Its support helped provide a platform for the Echo Energy recapitalisation process earlier this year and enabled the exciting investment proposition Echo Energy is now able to offer to its shareholders. Brandon Hill will continue to provide research coverage on Echo Energy.
