15/7/2024 13:16 | They WILL ALWAYS want more cash.Full Stop. | richpassi
15/7/2024 11:36 | The 5% remaining in the other company,is worth about $200k per month. Will this keep them going until they start producing,or would they need a cash raise? | aspect100
12/7/2024 13:23 | Looks hopeless at first sight, but if they produce in 2024,it could turn around. I'm in for a few. | aspect100
09/7/2024 08:39 | Yup. This lifestyle pish really is blowing huh. Just the 21 billion shares in issue. Get em while they are hot. | terminator101
08/7/2024 21:21 | "Summary of metallurgical results......... for samples 000234 and 000240 " Don't ask what the results for samples 000235, 000236, 000237, 000238, 000239 were. Or those that came before 000234 and after 000240. Be careful. | helpfull
08/7/2024 10:07 | Anyone get the feeling that the RNS today is all about the 1,666,666,666 shares issued on 11 July 2024 (they can't be pre-sold can they?) and the other 1,300,000,000 shares waiting in the wings? There is no shame to be seen. The two "results" are meaningless. What were the composite samples? What does "maximum dissolution of over 90% was evidenced" and "recovery rates" mean? Carrot dangling at its finest. If I had the chance I would sell these puppies on the spike. Be careful. | helpfull
08/7/2024 08:59 | She cannae take anymore Captain! She's gonna to blow. | joemillion
05/7/2024 22:11 | Same old same old. Conditional Convertible Loan Note (6/6/2024). £80,000 at 94% of principal = £75,200. Legal fees for the implementation of the CLN = £8,000. Arrangement fee of 3.5% of the CLN = £2,800. £80,000 - £4,800 - £8,000 - £2,800 = £64,400 is the sum paid by the lender to Echo Energy. The lender has to be paid back £80,000 even though he only pays out £64,400. Today (5/7/2024) £45,000 of the owed £80,000 was taken in shares at 0.0027p. Equal to 1,666,666,666 new shares. Selling at 0.0030p would garner another £5,000 on top of the £45,000 (although shareholders do not know when the selling will start or if it has started). There is another £35,000 of the £80,000 loan to be paid back. At today's price that would be 1,300,000,000 new shares. Pro rata the lender could recoup £89,000 for a loan of £64,400. A £24,600 profit. Or 38% profit on a zero interest loan, for a few months work. A 228% annual interest rate. Shareholders pay for the dilution. It all relies on the mug punter, and there are many around. Martin Hull and James Parsons are still owed £78,469 and £31,978 respectively for 2023 according to the annual results. They might be beneficiaries. Be careful. | helpfull
05/7/2024 07:17 | More death spiral shares issued for massive discount. Who would ever have think it in this lifestyle pish huh If only there had been people warning eh. | terminator101
24/6/2024 12:33 | Echo Energy has to produce final results for year ending 2023 by the end of the week. Or possible suspension of the shares could happen until the results are published. Last year the shares were suspended. This year the company has sold off most of the Argentinian assets so the financial results should be simpler. But don't bet on it. Be careful. | helpfull
19/6/2024 08:45 | Someone once told me there are three versions of reality, how we really are, how others perceive us, how we perceive ourselves. I wonder how Parsons perceives his behaviour and actions. | juliemara
