Every one selling off their shares getting anything they can get for them( BOD ,Those that converted loans to shares )before the Echo energy goes into adminstration,hoping also more mug investors like me buy these shares so can yse those to sell of their shares to.

The £34,000 bill (was it £34,000?) is to be converted into 323,809,524 shares.

That represents over 5% of the company shares.

So there will be a TR-1 next week.

Or not.

There was a raised turnover in Echo shares in the last 3 days (446 million shares).

Some might think the shares have been pre-sold but that is against the rules.

Such things don't happen.
