that's good, but for whatever reason theres posters like mikeiiid that want people to lose money?


last year he was trying to get me to put money into MHG

in the end I only put in a few hundred, luckily I did look at mhg now...


and he's done the same with RGT, ERX


there seems to be a sinister pattern emerging with him and shares he ramps. ...either he's an unlucky stock picker or he is more than a simple pi.
we are all here to make money, but come on, why lose your soul over it?

cheers dahmmy...I don't wish anyone ill, but when you try to perform a public service you're either seen as a deramper, or told to sugar off...for the record, I have 300 shares, kept just in case, but as I'd already made nearly £3,000 in EFD, I guess I can swallow the final £4.50 loss...

No - the problem is that Lloyd used other folks' money. Perhaps he has less of his own than he would like folk to think.

problem is you've got several lenders, not just one...Anglo Irish, Allied Irish, RBS, BoS, Principality....vultures over the corpse I guess...admin fees...nothing for the Ords...

Even if a funding package were agreed the company would still have to consider the financial benefits of resuming the listing. There are costs to be incurred and the company would effectively be a shell which means they need to look for another business to reverse into. All this costs additional money.

I for one would be surprised if this ever came back.

They have 6 months to apply for the listing to be resumed but the bigger issue is securing a viable funding package further to the Welsh disposal not going ahead as planned. So right now they need the continued support of the existing lenders (see past RNS statements for the details) in order that they can keep trading. I am sure that there will be an update one way or the other well within the 6 month window, I hope that it is positive for you.

As suspected, hopefully for those of you holding they will be able to agree upon a viable funding solution with the existing lenders, as the timing for this is clearly more pressing than the 6 month suspension window.

In the absence of any news this afternoon, then IMO you are most likely looking at suspension Tuesday morning pending clarification of the financial position.
