No they went at around 1.6p, however bought back in around 2 m at 0.45-0.55 on the dips.

I can see this going stupid once they announce the completion of the land deal, then see it drop right back a day later when they announce a big dilutive placing.

Stuart, IMO it is good to cover all the bases. They appear to be going about matters in a fairly methodical way and the proposed placing is clearly at the end of the chain of events. It is encouraging to note the continued financial support for the business and what from the RNS today appears to be closure being imminent on the initial disposal.

It doesn't seem high on the agenda still does it? Still at the 'pursuing plans' stage. Maybe they are wanting to get the share price higher but then they went through the reorganisation to be able to issue shares under 1p. Hopefully that was just incase the sale of assets and contracts didn't materalise, at least they could have raised maney at any price back then.....

We shall see and I think we won't have to wait long.....

I am still awaiting details of the placing, as noted today this is still planned for but not confirmed at this stage.

I guess due to the short term loan and the fact that they only stated enough cash for 2 weeks that we will hear about the conclusion of the housebuilding deals in the next 10-14 days. Be interestng to see the terms of the deals. I believe there are around 300 houses at Corus, 165 at Birkwood and not too sure about the Welsh portfolio.

So, possible 600+ houses to build for a company valued at £2.5m, albeit with no information yet on the contracts I am optimistic about the future here.

EFD might had got through the toughest trading conditions for a generation....a little bit bruised and battered but still alive and kicking!

I wonder how much these'housebuilding contracts' are worth? So, sell the land assets to bring down the debts then have the money coming in from housebuilding to rebuild things.EFD current value £2.5m

Surely it's in the lenders interest not to scupper the deals so I'd think they are in the bag.

The mms seemed keen to raise the share price straight after the RNS.....
