now...when you look at how much the instis have lost so far, who on earth is going to buy a placing at any price...unless it's RL and he doesn't even have the racing yard anymore as collateral...

I don't think we are playing out the end game. Less than £2000 worth of shares sold today and from memory aprox £6000 yesterday. Not ideal but with no one currently interested in buying on the open market due to the placing there are enough sells to allow the mm's to drop the sp, thus spooking some small PI's. My guess is a lower than expected placing will be announced soon, and although i agree it doesn't look great nothing has changed as far as I can see....we wait a little longer!

Pierre, you seem to have a persecution complex and this desperate need to be proven correct. I never "rubbished your opinion". I merely questioned it and you gave me a reasonable answer. Show me where I was unreasonable to your response.

If you read my previous comment I said if Rob Lloyd didn't attract investment soon this lot would go under. In other words I was agreeing with your position.

So far....all the funding and working capital available are good sign? All good sign, still by valuation it should be at least 7p.

I have loaded.

MEANWHILE, on 12 May we get another cut and paste RNS saying:

"the board now expects that the Group's existing financial resources will provide it with sufficient working capital funding until mid to late May 2011."

mid May is 15/16 by my reckoning...

I stand by my honest opinion that the best you can hope for is a 'take private', but the share price may slump before then...

the simple fact is that the CP market is tough...RL has to sell for at least the value of the underlying debt, case by case...and in a firesale, the property minus debt may not even be worth.4p, let alone 7p....

RL is not a quitter and therefore a possible scenario is RL buying this out of administration and the banks get all the net assets (and HMRC)

unless...someone wants to reverse something else into it like...Portsmouth FC...

lanio...where have you looked...I post many times a week on a score of threads, mainly PINN...

I've already made nearly £3k out of EFD and yes I do hold a small amount at zero cost...this gives me an entitlement to post whenever I want...

nobody, but nobody has researched this company more than I have...I don't post on it these days, because frankly I fear the worst and am trying to help fellow travellers...

if you actualy read all my posts on here, you'll see that my core scenario, consistently stated, is that RL/Jenard will take this private...

in the meantime, I don't see these moving up except on baseless speculation...

if you are locked in with a significant holding at a loss (but as nothing compared to RL's and Jenard's losses), maybe that is colouring your judgement...

I genuinely wish you the best and am sure you will DYOR and make your own mind up...but it's got awfully quiet on here...

Thanks for your insight RP........ But most are big boys on here and can make their own decisions based on their own research and appetite for risk. This is, I think we all agree a very risky punt.

I don't see you posting on any other share threads, and you also stated that you have sold...... so it begs the question....why do you keep posting here? Some ulterior motive, or axe to grind maybe?
