27/5/2011 14:57 | The question is, in our out before closing? Not sure what to do! If it's good news this will spike big time. If it's bad it might be suspended. | ukmassy
27/5/2011 11:56 | I hope that you get good news here this afternoon, as leaving an announcement until Tuesday after the bank holiday would not be ideal IMO. | mike111d
26/5/2011 10:34 | Big time trades of £23 on LSE today! | ukmassy
25/5/2011 07:32 | 1p today? LOL! | ukmassy
24/5/2011 21:20 | I filter you, yet you keep stalking me!! I told you I believe in Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve, you can keep your alternative lifestyle to yourself!! | dahmmy
24/5/2011 20:36 | keep telling you Mr mannering.. Mike111D - 24 May'11 - 20:00 - 146 of 148 (Filtered) | dahmmy
24/5/2011 20:26 | dahmmy, you worry too much and continue to understand too little. If you have any genuine concerns here it should be saved for the long term holders and not myself, as perhaps you failed to absorb my stated interest here as being in the potential placing. Incidentally the placing seems to have worked out okay for the placees in MHG and as for ERX please do keep in mind that they have a therapeutic being prepared for the commencement of phase II trials and will IMO deliver elsewhere within their portfolio what you are hoping for from SAR, whose market cap at £28m you will find already has a deal priced in. Lesson over. | mike111d
24/5/2011 20:12 | namely that the board expects Eatonfield's existing financial resources to provide it with sufficient working capital until the end of this month. so you're telling me ,they run out of money in a few days? gee golly Mikey, that's another fine mess you got yourself into.... ERX, MHG and now this ....you must must be gypsy cursed or something .... maybe you should worry about stocks you hold rather than posting on boards that you don't. | dahmmy
24/5/2011 20:00 | With the Welsh sale falling through they cannot pursue the required funding round to move the business forwards. So whilst they attempt to execute a plan B over the coming days I would have to say that the chances of this being pulled off satisfactorily must be very slim, otherwise they would presumably have gone with the plan B in the first instance if it were a better option, rather than taking things to the wire with the plan as advised to date. So IMO if you have bought in today in the hope of a quick bounce then you may well be disappointed. That said, for the long term holders I would like to think that they do finally pull through. To my mind a suspension pending clarification of the financial position, including trying to piece something together assuming the continued support of the lenders has to be the most likely outcome. | mike111d
24/5/2011 19:53 | I note there was quite a bit of buying today There still quite alot off confidence in this one, | vision88
24/5/2011 19:45 | What do you all predict tomorrow? I predict a rise. | ukmassy
24/5/2011 14:00 | 0.156 to sell. | ukmassy
24/5/2011 11:02 | In good faith I implore you to apply rational thought to this. The Welsh sites were the last hope...the RBS facility of £250k was dependent on this...the placing has been postponed indefinitely...the co effectively states it cannot pay the loans that have been due on demand for some time...the banks are keeping this afloat for reasons stated above...possible scenarios: banks pull the plug; company into voluntary liquidation; RL/Jenard takes private, mopping up shares in the market (but where would he get the funds to refinance the debt); something else reverses into this (but they'd need deep pockets). Now RL deserves huge credit for keeping this afloat far longer than most others would but, sadly, it looks like a basket case (cf CNT...) Mike IMO I think you're misguided mate; gda I'd like some of what you're on because either you work for EFD or you're living in denial mate... genuine best wishes to all and congrats to those that salvaged something from the wreckage... :-) | rougepierre
24/5/2011 10:29 | in fact this will pass 1p for sure. | gdasinv2
24/5/2011 08:57 | The reality is that the required funding round hinged on closure of the Welsh disposal, as noted in prior RNS statements. So IMO unless they can pull something out the hat over the next 7 days then it will most likely be suspension pending clarification of the financial situation. | mike111d
