Sorry Prosthetic I'm not about to sell up here and reinvest in FLTA if that's your plan. Think we have a lot further to run with EYE

Trading Update

Filta Group Holdings plc (AIM: FLTA), the provider of fryer management and other services to commercial kitchens, will make the following statement regarding current trading at its Annual General Meeting to be held at 11.00am today:

"We have enjoyed a strong start to the year with revenues for the first 4 months, on a constant exchange rate basis, over 25% ahead of the same period last year, with all of our business lines, franchise development, fryer management services and Company-owned operations contributing to the growth. During the period we have added £0.2 million to deferred revenue from franchise territory fees to be recognised during the remainder of the current year and in future years.

An important factor in the Company's growth has been the new customers secured in the last quarter of 2016 who will provide a full year's contribution in the current year. This, the fact that the majority of our revenue is repeat business and that there continues to be an encouraging level of enquiries from potential high quality new franchisees gives the Board confidence in the outlook for the full year and beyond."

Still going well and happy to continue to hold despite (limited) annoyance at discount.... time to move on, as this board has pointed out, much still to play for IMO and if demand was that good on story some instis will IMO try and buy in now, perhaps that is helping to drive the SP?!

IMO EYE @ 400p + is quite likely.
Glad I hold both ALT & EYE!
Missing from SCSW IMO is FUTR...

More significantly EYEs revenues have been growing at a phenomenal 93% CAGR since 2012...albeit from a low base. ALT revenue growth has been pretty modest in comparison at 4.3% ,and forecasts are no better.

No way, ALT is far better. Think ALT will double before EYE does. All the new EYE shares will be admitted to trading - Admission taking place on 13 June 2017 - and migt be loose.
News on takeup at ALT soon

What chance that the EYE (Eagle Eye) share price `does a PURP (PurpleBricks)’; ?

Some interesting parallels here with PurpleBricks:

PURP announced a placing at 220p on Feb 21st, the proceeds to be used for American expansion.
Placing jointly run by Investec, with the placing shares to begin trading around 3 weeks later, by which time the price had already risen well above 300p - and of course they are now above 400p.

EYE announced a placing at 225p on May 26th, the proceeds to be largely used for American expansion.
Placing run by Investec, with the placing shares to begin trading around 3 weeks later, by which time… - well the shares are already nibbling at 300p, and a positive SCSW write-up can mean a 50%+ bounce, so next stop 400p and beyond?

TW said some nasty stuff about Paysafe tipped by Scsw , pass the barge poll etc . PAYS is now a 5 bagger since Scsw first tipped them as a strong buy.He also strongly tipped Ascot mining right up to the time they went bust .
