Great, it wouldn't surprise me greatly if scsw adds them to their portfolio. They don't usually visit a company without prior intent and the editor bought some personally . Any addition usually causes a surge of buys.

They have ASDA ,Sainsburys, FMCG and now John Lewis as clients. They run the AIR platform that is used by M.S etc, digital coupons for coffee etc on your phone. Profitable next year. Added a few more myself

Do Eye have their technology under patent, or is it free for any competitor to step in and replicate it and cheaper? Are they well funded going forward?

yup, next 12 months will be fascinating to see how far they can push the international piece before any competitors come in to the space I suppose, they are leading the way so grabbing market share key....GLA

Their international expansion shouldnt be taken lightly either. They have been clinching major deals in Canada and Europe which one should not lose sight of.For example they have a won a key contract with a major retailer in Canada, Loblaw, which is Canadas biggest grocery chain with some 17000 employees.....Google them and see how big they are. http://www.essentialretail.com/in-store-ops/article/56b36b1e92a7c-loblaw-becomes-eagle-eyes-most-significant-international-client At present they get upfront payment for the development of bespoke platform and there after a small percentage of the value of every transaction that goes through their platform. The commission may not be big percentage wise, but when you get billions of transactions going through then the revenue potential becomes clear.

Other retailers will not want to be left behind on this 'major structural industry shift' . Expect them to sign up pretty soon imo.

This is a huge contract others will most probably follow. 12 May 2017 Eagle Eye Solutions Group PLC ('Eagle Eye' or the 'Company') Eagle Eye signs a three year contract with John Lewis PLC Eagle Eye, the SaaS technology company that validates and redeems digital promotions in real-time for the grocery, retail and hospitality industries, is delighted to announce that the Company has won a new three year contract with John Lewis PLC ('John Lewis') for the deployment of its Eagle Eye AIRplatform to deliver improved digital customer marketing. Tim Mason, CEO of Eagle Eye, commented:'We are delighted to have won this contract and to be imbedding Eagle Eye's technology as an integral part of John Lewis's digital strategy.
