the other interesting thing is that these raisings particularly on Primary Bid alert more investors to the stock, so all in all these are very good things.

That's the obvious level of support, just whether all that demand has been used up in the placing will determine whether it drops below 12p.

6 million shares at 12p out a total of 404 million issued. It won't fall much if at all.

They were all riding huge pumps/rises when the offer came though Avacta and Velocys are comfortably up on the offer price

It will be very unlikely to open at the discounted price. You had your chance to buy as it was offered on Primary bid to anyone. Well done to those who got in.

They are raising only 12 million so the dilution will not be that great and so I'd be very surprised if the share price dropped back to the placing price here. The fact the retail offer closed so quickly means demand was heavy and this is a great sign.

many thanks for all the discussion- please feedback your comments to primary bid in terms of the squeezsd timescale, the fact that you cannot do it in an isa etc- the more we feed back the better chance of reform!

No point rushing to get in on primary bid, they will be at the low price tomorrow and you can buy them at your leisure in the coming weeks

maybe not a strong argument but could the offer of investment at 12 p compensate for the dilution if you sell them fo a profit?

Wow the company values its retail investor base so much it gives them 3 hours to stump up the cash! That's pretty poor tbh

Subscription offers chance of Income Tax relief in event of sale at a loss.

But usually suspicious of big discount offers.....

That said RG is a good name to have aboard.

Me neither ali, I'll see where the market takes it and, if I choose, buy for a fiver. No waiting for the shares that way either.

No don't think I'll participate. Reasons for the raise seem fine but don't get the move from the 'golden triangle' to London..

i take it palege and dp you are not going to take the offer- as iam reluctant to usemy nominee account i agreeit would be better to investon the open market- i did not know you get charged on the transfer

Will take a couple of months to repair the technical damage now. If you buy at 12p through primary bid it may be the best price but you may have to sit and wait to profit. Alternatively you can wait to buy in the open market when there's a better technical setup and use those funds elsewhere in the meantime.

dp the shares are transferred to your nominee account- no ISA which is a drawback
